In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Close to: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. You'll love the place because of the setting that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

My accommodation - Apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. Covered beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !
