You will enjoy a privileged environment with the tranquillity of the countryside and close to the coast. The guesthouse is housed in a 18th former trading house in the center of Bruges.  The name MaisonMidas refer to the statue on the top of the roof, Midas as an architect by Jef Claerhout. We warmly welcome you to our cottage where it is all about nature, comfort and a perfect gateway to unplug from city life. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sounds of birds, our lovely pets walking in front of the house. Our house is fully equipped with a king size bed with amazing sunset views, a nice shower, a fully equipped kitchen. We are located very close to Bruges and to the coast with a lot of places to walk around in pure nature.

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find their own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to large trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristy sites. On request, breakfast: 10 euros/person.

Turnstone Cottage is our beautiful cottage in the heart of the Deal conservation area. One minute's walk could take you to the beach, a choice of 3 pubs or the award winning Deal High Street. The cottage is full of character. Sit in the little private courtyard on a sunny day, or warm yourself by the wood burning stove on a chilly night.
