Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom separated by a door. The living and sleeping areas are open; i.e. not separated by a door. There is a French bed there. There is also a workstation for PCs and fast WiFi.
