Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nord de Palma District

We felt very welcomed by Sergio. Excellent location right by a beach. Old charm condo but squeaky clean, well stocked, and very comfy. Washer and dryer available. 2 of the bedrooms don’t have AC but my parents and kids didn’t seem to mind so just turn fan on full blast. Loved the location with lots to do near by

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ed and Wayne’s apartment. It was very spacious, had everything you need (even beach umbrellas and beach towels) and the beds were super comfy. The balcony is really special and the whole experience was really relaxing, we didn’t want for anything. Communication and instructions were great too. Highly recommend!

Michelle’s place was perfect for our stay in Mallorca! Beautiful location and really helpful, kind, responsive hosts. The place was clean, accessible, very clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Thank you John for a great stay in Palma! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly placed to walk to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. John helped us find parking close by and gave us great tips to save money by booking parking in advance. He also gave us many recommendations for our time in Palma. The AC worked really well. As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We were a group of 6 celebrating some special birthdays. Shayla was very helpful and friendly, and responded to our queries immediately. Her lovely housekeeper was there to greet us on arrival. The space is amazing and was a former textile factory. The photos do not do it justice! It's located on a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk away from restaurants and shops. We didn't hire a car and enjoyed travelling on the tram to the port, the train to Palma and the bus to Deià.

This house was perfect for our first trip away as a family with our new baby. The place is spacious so it meant we had plenty of room for all our stuff and the living room and outdoor dining area meant we had options to sit, chat and eat whilst the baby slept. It is spotlessly clean and recently modernised. The area is a very easy walk into the centre of the old town. The hosts were lovely and helped us out promptly with questions. The parking which you can book through them as an extra is very close and secure. Would definitely recommend!

Our 3rd stay at Biel's cosy townhouse. We always feel at home during our stay and from booking to leaving, Biel is always responsive and clear. Llucmajor is a good base when you have a car - Biel also offers a garage parking space which is ideal. Placa D'Espanya offers great bars and restaurants, a 5 minute walk from the townhouse. Will be back in 2026.

I wish there were 6 stars for such places. Son Salvanet is full of grace, beauty and tranquility, and also the perfect base for forays into Valdemossa and the Tramontana. Casa Mimosa is simple yet has everything one needs. ‘Tread softly for you tread upon … dreams’! PS we are (older) hikers but we managed fine getting bus in to V and walking to SS, but taxi back from SS to Palma, and otherwise on foot or bus plus foot around the area. I say this for people who might like to minimise extra cars in Majorca…

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket
