We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Carmen was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches – from fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge to the fully equipped kitchen and the nice small things like the cacti in the batbroom . The location is ideal: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. It’s rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. We felt completely at home from the first minute and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-standard stay. As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

Modern, bright, generously sized house. The private pool is a real highlight! A sandy beach is a few minutes walk away and also a few hidden coves with turquoise waters can be reached with a walk. An absolute recommendation is also the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo (best to book a timeslot beforehand). The downside is the garbage collection that everyone (!) Day around 1 am and 7 in the morning the containers located in front of the house empty...

The location is hard to match: next to the beach and the pool. The large terrace and the two bathrooms are also an asset. Everything within walking distance (shop, restaurant). Super smooth communication with the host. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Our stay at the apartment was beautiful. Everything was as described and in the pictures, everything clean and in a great location. Absolute recommendation.

This is one of the best experiences I have to travel Roberto was a very welcoming and friendly sunny host who was patient and attentive to provide us with guidance and service always responded promptly after something went wrong! His RV is cozy, clean, tidy, decoration style unique for me and my partner driving it to a lot of nice views Recommended! Recommended! Recommended! I recommend this host and his place to anyone!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

This is our second visit to this apartment, and we hope it won't be our last! It offers a perfect blend of comfort, an excellent location, stunning views, and a price that is very attractive for such an expensive area.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!
