Chalet vacation rentals in Nord de Palma District

Sehr schönes Haus im „Speckgürtel“ von Alaro. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Riesengarten mit Zitronen und Orangen, welche fantastisch schmecken.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Miquel und sein Vater waren sehr nett, wir haben eine super Einweisung bekommen und auch das Obst welches bei unserer Ankunft bereitgestellt wurde hat uns sehr gefreut genau wie der mallorquinische Kuchen den wir bekommen haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Der Bereich zum draußen sitzen ist sehr gemütlich, hier haben wir wirklich jeden Abend gesessen. Auf Empfehlung von Miquel's Vater haben wir in St. Magdalena das Restaurant besucht und waren sehr begeistert. Die Nähe zu der Stadt Inca sorgt dafür dass genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direktem Umfeld sind und durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir sehr gut die Insel erkunden. Mit zwei kleinen Autos (Fiat 500 und Seat Ibiza) konnten wir problemlos in der Einfahrt parken. Wir können die Unterkunft also definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder. Skønt hus, hvor vi hurtigt fandt os tilrette Hus, terrasse og grunden var som på billedet og levede til fulde op til vores forventninger Vi kunne godt finde på at vende tilbage til huset næste gang Miquela svarede altid på vores spørgsmål , både før og under vores ophold

We had a fantastic trip and the place was phenomenal. Xisco was extremely helpful from the moment we booked till the moment we left. He’s nearby so whenever things come up, he addresses them right away. The outdoor space is fantastic and the indoor space is very well maintained. There are a ton of fruit trees of different kinds on their property which the kids got a huge kick out of. They kept themselves busy outside for hours. You will not be disappointed.

Vanesa was a great host. Our entire holiday from start to finish was perfect. The location was great, and included short walks to lovely local restaurants. We had hired a car and it was only a short drive to a bigger town with a variety of supermarkets and shops. So much to do in the area including gorgeous walks in the local area, either direction on the beach. Vanesa gave us plenty of information and recommendations and was super quick to get back to us if we had a question. The accommodation we had was perfect too, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend Son Serra de Marina if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing break away.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped, the style is clean and cozy. The entire house and outdoor area are clean. There was even a barbecue grill. We loved our days there. We ended up renting a car, because even though the mini market in Cala Pi has a lot of groceries, it is easier to get around with a rental for shopping and seeing other places. We are planning to come again. Thank you!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia und Juan. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, weitläufig und mit eingezäuntem Pool und Tischtennisplatte ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Auf der Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es gab Sonnenschirme für den Strand und sogar Kinderspielzeug. Besonders praktisch war für uns, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Beim reisen mit kleinen Kindern ist das eine große Erleichterung! Das einzig negative war, dass die Zeit zu schnell verflogen ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ☀️

Very cute home, had a great stay, the heat at times was unbearable but the location was so great and we weren’t really at the house anyways. The host was very kind and responsive so I would rate the house 5 stars with the only downside being how hot it gets.

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit allem, wirklich allem, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Das Haus ist so schön, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden. Es uns an Nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation war optimal. Man schläft wunderbar. Der Pool ist perfekt und in der Küche kann man super kochen.

Superb setting central for all the amenities. Bars restaurants and beach all within a five minutes walk. Jesus was a great host nothing was a problem to him 24 hour contact if required. He also organised fantastic taxi transfers. Would highly recommend this villa for families everything you could want.

Marina’s house is beautiful, even better than the pictures! She is very nice as well, responsive, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the most amazing time here! The villa was really well equipped and the outside area was lovely. The villa is within walking distance of a big supermarket, the centre of the town and the beach which made it an ideal location for anyone without a car. Rudi was really helpful and very responsive with quick replies to any questions we had whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Villa Can Singala was amazing. Beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The sea could be seen at the other end of the road where the pine walk starts. Really peaceful. Rooms are huge. We had a lovely welcome package with some things to help us settle straight in. Excellent communication at each stage and really quick with responses. We made some lovely memories as a family there. We couldn’t have picked a better Villa and host to book a celebration for my Dads 70th birthday. Also the pool is lovely!

The house Is amazing for a big group. the swimming pool outside is special, we had great time! You have a supermarket 5min walk and an incredible beach at 10min walk. Magaluf and Palma are easily accessible also by bus. A big room downstairs is perfect if you want to put some music without disturbing anyone around. Thanks to Janet, it was a special holiday!

Theresa en haar man hebben ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. We waren zelfs al voor de formele inchecktijd welkom. Theresa reageerde altijd snel op eventuele vragen . We werden verwelkomd met heerlijke Mallorcaanse specialiteiten.

Das Haus war sehr schön und groß. Für 8 Personen gut nutzbar. Riesiger Garten mit Terrasse, absperrbarer, sehr großer, sauberer und moderner Pool. Dazu gehört eine grosse Sommerküche mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht inklusive Grill. Der nächste Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bis nach Palma sind es ca 40 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den nächsten Ortschaften zu finden, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine schöne Unterkunft für die warme Jahreszeit. Danke, Margarita für die nette Kommunikation

Beautiful, spacious house. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Perfect location for families with children. Highly recommended.

Ми відпочивали сімʼєю . Нам дуже сподобалося. Вийшло так що наш рейс затримався, але господарі дочекалися нас , хоча ми й прибули досить пізно. Помешкання було чисте і підготовлене для нас, а господарі милі та щирі люди. Також варто відмітити присутність розумного рижого кота, що ще більше додало нашому перебуванню в будинку враження як вдома. Рекомендуємо.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, äußerst gemütlich und sehr gut isoliert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass es wirklich an absolut nichts gefehlt hat. Man hat sich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, das Haus was super gepflegt, auch die Textilien .Wenn mal in den Hotels hinter dem See abends Musik lief, hat man davon bei geschlossener Balkontür absolut nichts mitbekommen. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt nicht zuletzt, weil das Haus ausgesprochen kinderfreundlich ist. Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und es gab sogar Spielzeug für unser Kind. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach nur traumhaft. Wir wollten garnicht mehr weg :-)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig. Man findet immer ein tolles Plätzchen draußen und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Dennoch kann man gut in die Stadt und zum Strand laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Super nahe zum Strand - den ich persönlich schöner fand als Playa de Muro. Der Check-in/ und -out erfolgte mittels Schlüsselbox und Anweisungen über Chat. Das einzige negative: die Moskitos und der Müll am See.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!
