Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

Luke was the best host we have had and we rent places quite often. He was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We were in the area for a family wedding with a lot of pre wedding activities. Fun but it was so wonderful to come back to the house to the quiet. We did morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood, short walk to pretty little town area. Perfect stay.

The place was beautiful, fully equipped with everything you can possibly need on a daily basis. Great for families,with a crib, play pen and a high chair. Don and Joan were quick to respond to messages. My family loved this place and it was worth every penny. Will definitely recommend to everyone planning on visiting the area. Wonderful stay with a fantastic host! I had a great experience staying at Brown Duck Manor! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Manny was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice place in Norcross!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!
