Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Noord

The Gold Coast Villas are a combination of single homes, duplexes and 2-story condo buildings. Mirtha's place is in a condo is in a first-floor condo. The walled-in patio is huge and includes 3 palm trees (one with coconuts) and smaller plantings at the base of the wall. During Jan-Mar you can enjoy eating breakfast and lunch outside while watching birds fly about and visit. We occasionally placed 2-3 grapes on the wall for the Troupials (look like Baltimore Oriels) to eat. By the middle of the afternoon we usually sat close to the living area to avoid the harsh sun. We knew there were 2-3 different tenants staying above us but never figured out who as they were so quiet. During the hottest part of the afternoon we could go to one of three pools. There is a restaurant, Salina's, at the complex. We did drive to nearby restaurants: Tiera del Sol across the road-upscale: 080 about a mile drive away-very informal but often fun. Nearest beach is about a mile away.

Our stay here at “My Aruban home” could not have been any better! From start to end of our stay we were met with convenience kindness and lovely neighbors. It was very convenient having new towels whenever we needed due to our beach days and picnics. Access to a washer dryer made a comfortable stay for us. Parking on site made it very convenient and having a kitchen we could cook our meals in was ideal. Robert & Judith made a very comfortable stay for us & we are excited to return one day soon.

Perfect little place for a couples getaway in Aruba! Genoveva and Gerald were responsive, when we had an issue late at night getting in they made sure everything was okay once inside. We’re out the next day to fix the electronic lock on the door. The Airbnb was in a good distance from shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend getting a rental car, it’s easy to navigate the island and will save you in cab fare. We were provided with 2 chairs and beach towels, which was so needed. If I can make one recommendation, it would be to provide an umbrella! It gets very hot on the beach, and it’s a little expensive to rent one. We had the most amazing time here in Aruba. Thank you for everything!

Vanesa is an excellent host! Trustworthy, as if we were at home, he explained everything as soon as we arrived on the island, he gave us everything we needed, chairs, ice cream, he even rented us a car! I would definitely stay with her again. Thank you Vanessa!

Words can’t explain how beautiful this property is me and my fiancé really enjoyed it being that it was our first trip. I think it was the best choice for us. It was close to everything. Marinelda was Amazing! She was very very friendly and responsive! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! Can’t wait to Come back !

Great place and location, great host, will definitely come back again

Everything about the property is as depicted. For the days stayed it felt like home. Gabrielle was always attentive even checking in making sure all accommodations were met and having a great time which was an added bonus. The pool and hot tub combo was a great feature to have. Overlook is pretty surreal whether it is the morning or nigh-time to see the view was amazing. The property made the trip memorable to say the least.

Great location. 5 minute drive to Eagle Beach and Super Food. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but just minutes from some of the island’s best beaches, local eateries, and grocery stores. It was the ideal home base for exploring everything Aruba has to offer. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations, quick communication, and genuine hospitality that made a huge difference in our trip!

During a business trip to Aruba, I stayed two nights in this villa. From the moment of booking, communication with Lucha was professional and clear. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed in the evening, given a tour, and received clear instructions on how to use the amenities. We chose this villa for its location and the three spacious bedrooms. The villa is modern, fully equipped, and furnished in a Western style — a refreshing contrast to many of the island’s more dated accommodations. Its location in Palm Beach is perfect: quiet, yet within walking distance of the high-rise hotels, restaurants, and shops. A big thank you to Lucha for the wonderful hospitality — we’re already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this villa!

The Airstream in Aruba is the best experience we have had. Katrin went out of her way to make our stay a special time. The Airstream is well equipped with anything you can think of, from kitchen and bathroom amenities to beach and recreation items. The remote location offers true serenity and privacy with spectacular views. The outdoor shower and private pool are the icing on the cake. Katrin is a great communicator and truly cares about your stay. We have stayed in many AirBnbs the last few years, and this experience was hands down the best. If you’re looking for a remote and private location in a unique area of Aruba, the Airstream experience is for you.

I had an amazing experience staying at Alexander’s Airbnb! The home was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with smart features that made everything super convenient—from lighting to entertainment to climate control. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating a comfortable, welcoming space. Alexander was a fantastic host—communicative, respectful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay. His attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. I was overly satisfied with every part of my stay and will absolutely be booking again in the future. My husband & I stayed here with our daughter for her 16th birthday, it was exactly what we wanted! The place is clean, cute & has everything you need. The location is close to everything: stores, beaches, restaurants, etc. Raymond was such a good & easy communicator. Would highly recommend!!

Sylvia the property manager was amazing, showed us where everything was and gave clear directions on how to use everything on the property. We have used AirBNB and VRBO for many other properties and this was possibly the best for the price paid! We would definitely stay here again. We had a great starter set of everything from coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dish detergent, paper products, etc. The grill was spotless as was the pool and all the furniture. Beds were super comfortable. This truly felt like home away from home and a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. We really appreciate Sylvia meeting us at the property for check in and check out. We have never had a property manager do that before and it was a nice touch and very much appreciated.

This was by far the best air bnb i’ve stayed in. Me and my friends were pleased with every aspect of the home. It was so peaceful and beautiful and the host was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I’d 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a safe place in a great, walkable location, book this Airbnb! The pool and rooftop spaces were lovely with great views. There was a restaurant / bar on the second floor which was a perfect spot for a tropical drink happy hour and snack! There was a delicious coffee shop and more restaurants / shops right below the condo too. Plus, short walking distance to some of the best shopping and restaurants on the island. (Lucy’s, West Deck, Aru-bean were some of the highlights for us). We enjoyed this location vs the pricier spots right on the beach. (Only a $10-20 taxi to visit the beaches from this condo) Mahssa’s communication was incredible and she greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. She also had great recs for beaches, restaurants and more! The security workers in the condo were friendly and helpful - always calling us taxis (no Ubers on the island!) and recommending local spots. We felt very safe the entire time and the condo is a perfect spot for 2!

This was my second stay at Marina’s. The place is perfect for a couple . Great views . Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Very clean . Beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the AC but both Marina and the maintenance team were very responsive in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay. It has everything you might need for a vacation (specially the beach chairs, umbrella and eski). The private neighborhood is beautiful and very close to pal beach restaurants (15 mins walk).

Our family's stay in Aruba was amazing-in no small part due to Wouter! He responded immediately to all our questions. The condo is very spacious, looks exactly like the photos, and had everything we needed. Having a second full bathroom was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool was perfect! The condo also had a number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats that made beach trips easy. Not having to pay money for equipment is huge when beach hopping. The location had pros and cons. The original listing said a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was at least 20 minutes. But there are a number of amazing restaurants directly across the street and we had a rental car. The down side was noise at night from the busy street. It was very noisy on the weekend. Wouter offered to connect me with a rental car. I highly recommend! They met us at the airport and drove us to their office where we were met by Wouter, who escorted us to the condo. So fast, easy and a very reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay and really look forward to returning to Aruba. The condo was in a good location and very clean with all amenities nearby.

Our first time traveling to Aruba and so glad we choose this place. Super safe area within a gated community even on the ground floor we never felt unsafe. I am usually a bit nervous when traveling as we dont know the areas but this was excellent. I would choose to rent this place again.
