nice renovated cottage of 30 m2 with modern and very functional charm. Ideally located 300 m from Mardi Gras beach, it has a west-facing terrace, an east-facing garden, and a private parking space. Crossing, bright, it consists of an entrance, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 16 m² mezzanine bedroom, (HSP 1.79 m). The house is a 4-minute walk to the beach and the center of the Vieil with its shops and restaurants.
