Monthly Rentals in Nocatee

We had a fantastic time visiting for my nephew’s high school graduation. The house was close to family, squeaky clean and comfortable- everything we needed!

For years my family came down to Ponte Vedra during the year and stayed at various residences my parents owned in Sawgrass. Sadly upon their passing the properties were all sold. This recent stay at Sawgrass was a wonderful experience and brought back many great memories. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and reminded me of my mother’s decor. It was pristine and wonderfully close to the beach. We look forward to coming back down and renting the same or similar unit in the future!

Loved our stay! Check in was easy—the photos to find which lock box was hers was so helpful! Also the full sized fridge was a bonus! The place was clean, the bed was comfy, there were plenty of towels and Marilyn was responsive to questions we had!
