Vackert och noggrannt restaurerad 1800-talsbyggnad med moderna bekvämligheter. Generösa sällskapsytor såväl inom- som utomhus. Stort vardagsrum med tv och soffgrupp. Enskilt arbetsrum med skrivbord. Snabbt Wifi och internet via fiber. Tre sovrum, varav två med dubbelsängar. Två badrum utrustade med WC och dusch. Likaså tvättmaskin i huset. Tillgång till privat bastu (hyrs ut separat) och båtplats intill strandkanten vid sjön Tolken, känd för goda fiskemöjligheter. Båt kan hyras separat.

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

Nära Ulricehamn och Lassalyckans skidstadion. Recencion from the first guest: There is a place for sitting in garden. The best for eco tourism: mountain view, eco honey. Walking in the wood and relaxing in sauna. Swedish heritage in the old house. Close to Limmared a, Dalsjöfors and about one hours drive from Ullared.

Köket har induktionshäll, ugn, kyl och frys, micro och kaffebryggare. Helkaklat badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Stugan är ca 30 kvm och ligger på ca 1 km avstånd till allmän badplats, ett par minuters promenad från sjön och med 20 minuters promenad till naturreservatet Kröklings hage och Mölarps kvarn.

Cykel och vandringsleder i närområdet. 1 mil till samhälle med affär och kommunikation. 2,5 mil till Borås/Ulricehamn. Huset har altan åt två håll. Sjöutsikt åt ena hållet och stor gräsyta ( som gjord för lek och spel) åt andra. Huset är del av egendom så stugvärden finns i närheten för eventuell hjälp. Här har du möjlighet att prova på att väva. Rekommenderas då 2 veckors vistelse

This cottage is located in the beautiful countryside between Borås and Ulricehamn, less than 1 hour from Gothenburg. The cottage is next to our main building but still private. It’s the last house at the end of a gravel road with a stunning view over the valley. The cottage have what you need in terms of cooking and spending time with your travel companions. From January there will be a firm-place in the livingroom, to increase the coziness even more.
