Despite feeling ever so slightly uncomfortable about the buildings next door, we found our apartment to be extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Fantastic value for Huntington. Would definitely come back, and we highly recommend the place for a cozy stay.

Nancy’s cottage was absolutely perfect! I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs over the years. Nancy’s cottage was by far the absolute best! It was so well stocked with every single essential that you could possibly need. I think that Nancy is missing her True calling! She should be an interior decorator! The cottage looked like something you would see in a magazine! Thank you, Nancy, for your hospitality and for having the cottage ready on such short notice. Rachel’s place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great house to have kids as there was a crib in one bedroom, extra bedding for futon and a great entertainment area both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything listed to make a full dinner and there was ample indoor dining as well as an outdoor seating area.

Very clean. Cozy. Had small Touches everywhere. Wonderful place for pets even though I did not have mine. Walkable to everything downtown. Will definitely book the next time I am in Charleston.

What a little gem this place was. My husband and I spent a lot of our time out and about hiking and adventuring during the day but so nice being able to get back to a comfortable place like this at night. Very nice decorative touch to the house and some welcoming personalized touches that really hit the mark. They have real thought of everything you could think of needing while there. A+ rating and we had an amazing time. Thank you Jessica!

Novel did everything to make my stay nice. I stayed for 4 months and did not regret it one day. The battery died in my lock one day late at night and they responded within 30 minutes and helped me get in. Always respond quickly whatever questions that I had! Very accommodating, and wants to help. I would suggest anyone to stay at these apartments for how ever long your stay.

Our stay was awesome! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was right in the middle of Charleston with walking distance to food, shops, and coffee. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay overall! The condo was clean, updated, spacious, and private with a nice view of the city. It’s centrally located and in a super walkable area; you can get just about anywhere in Charleston’s city center within just a few minutes walk. The hosts, Jennifer and Joetta, were proactive and gave clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out. They also provided a number of recommendations in the area that we enjoyed including Black Sheep, Fife Street Brewing, Taylor Books, Capitol Market, and Mea Cuppa coffee shop. We’d definitely recommend this if you’re staying in Charleston. It was particularly nice as a group of two couples as there were two bedrooms, each with large beds, and two bathrooms. That being said, I feel the living room could comfortably sleep two more with the pull-out couch so it could easily accommodate a larger group.

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
