We are located in Spijkenisse, Zuid Holland within walking distance of the citycenter ( a 5 min. walk) and public transport Our environment has a lot to offer for bicycle, hiking and motorcycle tourism. We are motorbikers ourself. But of course everybody is Welcome! You can find us between Rotterdam and the beaches and dunes of Rockanje You can relax at our spacious terrace. We will welcome you in person when this is not possible you we have a possibility for Self check-in.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and has all the comforts. There is a sitting area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchen unit with faucet, combi microwave, a separate two-burner electric hob, tea and coffee maker and complete crockery. In the same room is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

We had a wonderful experience in this house. It was a beautiful and peaceful home right next to the water, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Renting boats and bicycles nearby was a great bonus! However, there are a few things to keep in mind during your stay: * There are some rules to follow. It’s important to leave the house clean and ensure that all items are in their proper places—this includes cleaning the fridge and dishwasher. Details available in House. * Garbage disposal was a bit challenging for us. We had difficulty locating the bins near the reception and spent over 10 minutes looking for them. * Make sure to bring all essentials with you including tissues. Although we encountered a few minor confusions due to our off-hours check-in and check-out, but we still enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit the Netherlands with their own transport. It’s conveniently located, with many attractions just about 40 minutes away.

The location was phenomenal! My friends and I enjoyed the scenic and peaceful community as well as the spacious interior of the home. It was difficult to figure out the late check-in process at first, but were eventually able to get it figured out! We would enjoy coming back in the future

We had a lovely stay at Yoricks place. He was very helpful and friendly. Very nice local recommendations.

We had a great weekend by the lake, in this beautiful, well-equipped home. Two bathrooms, three toilets, a large living room with a beautiful dining area, and most importantly a beautiful view of the lake, perfect for breakfast on the terrace. The house is at the end of the driveway, which allowed us to be quiet. We were able to park our two cars in front of the house no problem! I would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, is very nicely located and Yorick is a very attentive host. We got quick answers to questions and helpful tips.

Very nice host! We had a nice and delicious breakfast and he even provided us with something for the journey and gave very good tips for the area. The apartment was very well maintained and new. The chickens were very cute as well 😍 Thank you! We'd love to come back
