Vacation rentals with a patio in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Eine sehr saubere, schöne und große Ferienwohnung! Haben unseren ersten Urlaub mit Baby und Kleinkind gemacht und haben alles perfekt vorgefunden. Hochstuhl, babybett, Töpfchen und babybadewanne wurden uns von der super netten Gastgeberin zur Verfügung gestellt. Vor Ort gab es draußen viel Spielzeug von den Kindern der Gastgeberfamilie. Ein Traum für unsere Tochter. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, diverse Tavernen und der Strand super schnell in unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Unser lieblingsstrand war der paradise beach, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher basal, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir Mückenprobleme. Nach anti-mücken-mittel für die Steckdose war das aber absolut kein Problem mehr. Kos ist eine wunderschöne Insel und Katerina und ihre ganze Familie wunderbare und sehr liebe Gastgeber! Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Dimitrios and his father were one of the most friendliest host we have ever had. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything you need. We even got soap and shower gel, which was nice. The location was beautiful and peaceful while still being located very close to the Center. We even had two balconies where we sat every evening. Thank you for the amazing stay ! If we visit Kos again we will definitely stay with Dimitrios again !

Die Apartments liegen wunderbar ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Umgebung zu genießen. Besonders hervorheben ist das hauseigene Restaurant. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut – so dass wir an fast jedem Tag unserer siebentägigen Reise dort gegessen haben. Michaelis ist ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dimitros çok dost canlısıydı. Tüm sorularıma yardımcı olarak olumlu cevap verdi. Hatta 2 çocuklu olduğumuz için bize fazlasıyla iyilik gösterdi bu konu hakkında sonuna kadar teşekkür ediyorum. Yataklar çok rahat tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Havlu çarşaflar tertemizdi. limandan 7 dk 7 Euro taksi ücreti ödeyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Merkeze yürüme mesafesi 10 dk.

Lovely apartment in a great location. It's just outside the centre so is peaceful and quiet but only a short walk. Spacious, clean and great amenities. Host is so helpful and friendly.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen und mich direkt in Kefalos verliebt! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super schön und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Es ist alles in der Nähe, was man braucht und kann dies schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichen und auch der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke (4min zu Fuß entfernt). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Apartment war sauber und enthielt alles nötige. Danke für alles! Super liebe und einfach Kommunikation :-)

Un logement charmant ! Situé dans un village proche de la plage et du site de Knidos mais en hauteur. Logement très très agréable, il y a tout pour y être bien et du charme en particulier ! Vivement conseillé ! Duygu est une personne très réactive et pleine de bons conseils qui possède un hôtel restaurant dans le village d'à côté... Le restaurant Tulu en question, ne mérite pas le détour, mais juste en face le resto familial Olimera mérite vraiment d'aller y manger ! Bravo Dyugu. C'est un sans faute !!

8 kişilik bir aile olarak gittik, 1 hafta boyunca kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Burak Bey sorularımıza anında cevap vererek bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev hakkında; ev gayet güzel, ve bakımlı. Her odada kliması mevcut, odalar temiz ve bakımlı, bahçe ve havuzda aynı şekilde temiz ve bakımlı. Palamutbüküne 5-10 dakika arabayla aynı şekilde civarda marketler mevcut. Genel olarak harika bir tatil oldu, kesinlikle herkese öneririm!

it's a great place where the stars at night look incredible. Gabriela is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is spotless I'm looking forward to be back and I highly recommend this place

Die modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz und war super sauber. Es gibt zwei kleinere Terrassen und die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig in 5 Min erreichbar. Es gibt Supermärkte und auch kleinere Cafés/Restaurants. Uns hat ein tolles Gastgeschenk erwartet und die Vermieterin hat sich toll und proaktiv um uns gekümmert. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Dank Mietwagen konnten wir viele Strände abklappern. Der näheste ist in 10Min erreichbar. Einen Lidl gibt es sogar in 15 Min Entfernung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre)

We had a very relaxing stay. Kesalo is a wonderful community, relatively non-touristy with lovely views and beaches. katja’s home feels like home and offers you the chance to cook and enjoy the amazing view from the Terrace. Other guests have commented on the hill. We are travelling by bicycle and did not find the location a challenge at all.

Geen slecht woord over te zeggen! Het was prachtig, super schoon, echt alles was aanwezig echt top! Wat ook mega fijn was was de communicatie. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk, reageren snel en helpen bij alles. De ligging is in principe ook helemaal prima alleen hebben wij voor de makkelijkheid wel een fiets gehuurd, dan ben je toch overal net wat sneller. Lopend is zeker ook te doen naar het stadje, de haven en strand. Denk aan 15 a 20 minuutjes. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Our stay at Villa Palios was great. A perfect getaway from reality, and felt right at home. Check-in was clearly explained with additional information indoors which was helpful. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was ideal for breakfast & lunch, and the pool was lovely for a swim and cool off. Liv is very responsive, answering any questions within the hour. We’ll be highly recommending to everyone we know!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane e George con sua moglie sono sempre stati molto disponibili e gentili. L'alloggio dispone di una bella parte esterna avvolto in mezzo agli ulivi. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Kos.

I stayed in Mikaela's place with two colleagues on a work trip. The apartment is fantastic – much bigger than it looks in the photos, with many choices of comfy places to eat or relax. We appreciated the three bathrooms very much. It was spotlessly clean had had all the amenities we would want. The balcony is a great place to entertain friends over a glass of wine whilst enjoying the mountain views. Mikaela met us in person (which seems to be rare these days) to introduce us to the apartment. She was friendly, flexible and responsive. The apartment feels slightly out of the way. This means is it very quiet – and also has very easy parking, which I appreciated, having a rental car. However, it is really just a short walk to the marina, with plenty of restaurant choices. There is also a very good supermarket extremely close, perfect for popping out to buy breakfast after a late night!

Anna is one of the most responsive and accommodating host i have come across. She had taken care of all small things that might be needed by the tenants. The property was walking distance away from Kos airport. Extremely happy!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wirklich allem das man im Urlaub braucht und ein richtig netter Vermieter. Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles aus, sie stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Ausblick von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse, entweder nach hinten heraus über das nahe gelegene Hotel in die Berge oder nach vorne heraus aufs Meer mit der Türkei im Hintergrund, haben was. Verkehrtechnisch sehr nah an Kos Town und an der Hauptstrasse über die dann alle Orte der Insel erreichbar sind. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben wenn man was sehen will. Die drei Wochen sind wie im Winde verflogen. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber!

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort in zona tranquilla. Buon Wi-fi. Grande supermercato vicino. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Eleni di persona ma abbiamo utilizzato la cassetta della chiavi sia per il check-in che il check-out. E’ stato facile trovare l’ alloggio grazie alle indicazioni forniteci. Host molto reattivo e premuroso (ci ha fatto trovare acqua, succhi, vino, biscotti, caffè…) Simpatici gattini all’esterno ad accoglierci. Grazie Eleni per l’accoglienza.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

We loved our stay at Helios's apartment. The location is great, near Kos town centre and Kos Marina, there are many restaurants and shops around. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Chrysi was very responsive and flexible, we checked in late and there was no problem.

Maria was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect, homey, and had everything you could need. Nice, quiet part of Mandraki a short walk from everything.
