Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nisiros

Andrea is a very good host, very friendly and helpfully! If we had problems or questions we could reach him all the time through mobile and he respond us always very quick.

We had a great time, an extraordinary person who welcomed us very well ,always available. Fantastic house located 300 meters from the sea, well finished and very bright.

The house has a terrace that alone is worth the stay. The kitchen area is large and well-equipped. Definitely an excellent accommodation for small groups.

We all loved Tilos and Zefeiris's place. He and Vlada were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed lots of fantastic walks, beach and snorkelling, food and the amazing scenery all around.

A unique place to stay away from busy Zia and the standard fare hotels in Tigaki. It felt like our home away from home for the 10 days we stayed. A car is definitely needed, you will need to buy ALL groceries if you plan to do any cooking but pots, utensils and crockery is provided. Whilst there are no swimming pools in the Zia area we used hotel pools on occasions and it's only a short 15 mins drive to the beach at Tigaki. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Kos Island.

This is a beautiful home with very kind host and hostess. Everything is very clean and cozy + lots of room and privacy, so it's a great place to stay with family. It's great to wake up with cock singing in the backyard and go to the garden and pick some almonds and pomegranates, then take a 600m walk to the beach and spend a day there. There are also several restaurants offering excellent seafood on the beach. It's good beach for snorkeling - lots of fish - we also saw an octopus, cuttlefish, muraena and even a dolphin:) The last one we saw standing on a cliff in Knidos:)

Amazing stay and amazing hosts. The location really stands this property apart from others, it was breathtakingly beautiful. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave the property later in the day due to us having an evening flight. This was very helpful.

What a fantastic location! Large terrace with view to the sea. Uniquely designed interior, tasteful, functional and clean.

Thomas was in Kos so he was able to meet us on arrival which was nice. The house was very nice and very well appointed The outside space was good with places to sit out of the wind or sun . The garden was lovely with the olive trees and oranges. Thomas was always available by email and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

The house consists of three autonomous rooms (bedroom with WC/shower) making it ideal for bigger companies. Well preserved traditional building with nice balcony view, placed in the peaceful and picturesque alleys of Nikia.

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. We felt very comfortable. Despite several villas, everything was very private and you could relax and enjoy the private pool. Serge gave us great tips and welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything was so clean and very well-kept. The kitchen was well equipped. The perfect place to switch off, either with the family or as in our case with friends. We will be happy to come back. P.S. This is the perfect house for a large group or family. Firstly, the house is incredibly spacious, which means even if you’re with a large group or family, you can be guaranteed a good nights sleep! Also, of all the villas / hotels I’ve stayed in, this has got to be the most convenient. You have the tranquility of a peaceful, rural location with stunning views, yet at the same time, the beach and Tigaki (which is a really cool little town with amazing restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops) are all within 10 minutes walking distance. It’s also handy for the bus to Kos. Just a great house and location. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Dimitra thought of everything. The place feels exactly like home. Perfect stay especially with kids.Everything you need in a kitchen. She even gave us some products to cook, including olive oil. Gave us very tasty pomegranate from the garden and some peppers. Bathroom has washing machine which was very handy. She has thought of every little thing which you generally either forget or decide not to bring because of luggage limits. Place is walking distance from the beach (literally 2 minutes), perfect sunset. We had very nice stay and already recommended the place to my family members with kids. Definitely would come and stay again.

lovely place to stay, great for families. good to hire a car, has parking available. grounds are lovely, short walk to the beach. Serge is a walm and welcoming host. apartment is immaculately clean and air conditioning in all rooms is refreshing. The coordinates for the place on Airbnb might leave you a little short of where the place is, using Google maps, just drive a little further until you see 6 flags and you have arrived. Hope to return soon.

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!
