Vacation rentals with a patio in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

The apartments are wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The in-house restaurant is particularly noteworthy. The food was exceptionally good – so we ate there almost every day of our seven-day trip. Michaelis is a great host – very warm, attentive and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Jiannis is a very friendly host. He takes care of everything if you need anything. Fresh towels and linens, airport transfers and more. Communication with him was very good. The apartment was clean and bright. On the balcony you have beautiful views of the salt lake and the sunset. There is everything you need nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, car rental) and is not far away on foot or by bike. In the apartment there is a flat-screen TV with Netflix, YouTube etc.) and air conditioning. I highly recommend Jiannis. Thank you and maybe see you soon for another Ouzo 👋

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

The modern furnished apartment offers space and was super clean. There are two smaller terraces and the possibility to eat outside. The town center is within walking distance in 5 minutes. There are supermarkets and also smaller cafes/restaurants. We were greeted with a great gift and the landlady looked after us very well and proactively. We didn't miss anything. Thanks to rental cars, we were able to cover many beaches. The nearest one can be reached in 10 minutes. There is even a Lidl 15 minutes away. We highly recommend the apartment. There were four of us. Two adults and two children (6 and 8 years old)

This AirBnB felt more like home than a place to stay on vacation and that was largely to do not only with Katarina but the team at the wonderful Euphoria Spa right beside it and the family run Anemos restaurant which I ate at everyday. The location of the apartment is out of the hustle and bustle and right next to my favourite beach with gorgeous mountains above it. It really is a special area. The apartment was so clean with special attention given the day after a rain by Mrs Valentina. I felt truly cared about at this place and safe as a solo traveller. The washing machine was a god-send. Would absolutely stay again.

Not a bad word to say! It was beautiful, super clean, really everything was present really top! What was also mega nice was the communication. They are perfectly friendly, responsive, and assist in everything. In principle, the location is also completely fine but we have rented a bike for the easily, then you are just a little faster everywhere. Walking is certainly also possible to do to the town, the harbor and the beach. Please consider 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommended to stay here!

Last year, we stayed at the place of Ms. Gözde and Evren Bey's Ovabü. We stayed in their house in Palamutbük this year. Very nice and helpful people and very friendly people. Their house was really nice and peaceful. It was the places I would enjoy coming every year and the people we were happy to get to know. Thank you for everything, Mr. Evren and Ms. Gözde.

It was a nice cottage in the middle of the old town of Kos. Everything you could visit is within walking distance. The cottage itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The only downside is that only 1 of the 2 bedrooms has air conditioning.

We spent two weeks and George with his wife were always very helpful and kind. The accommodation has a nice outdoor area wrapped in the middle of the olive trees. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Kos.

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in Mikaela's place with two colleagues on a work trip. The apartment is fantastic – much bigger than it looks in the photos, with many choices of comfy places to eat or relax. We appreciated the three bathrooms very much. It was spotlessly clean had had all the amenities we would want. The balcony is a great place to entertain friends over a glass of wine whilst enjoying the mountain views. Mikaela met us in person (which seems to be rare these days) to introduce us to the apartment. She was friendly, flexible and responsive. The apartment feels slightly out of the way. This means is it very quiet – and also has very easy parking, which I appreciated, having a rental car. However, it is really just a short walk to the marina, with plenty of restaurant choices. There is also a very good supermarket extremely close, perfect for popping out to buy breakfast after a late night!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Anna is one of the most responsive and accommodating host i have come across. She had taken care of all small things that might be needed by the tenants. The property was walking distance away from Kos airport. Extremely happy!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

Very clean apartment equipped with every comfort in a quiet area. Good Wi-Fi. There is a large supermarket nearby. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Eleni in person but we used the key box for both check-in and check-out. It was easy to find the place thanks to the directions provided. Very responsive and caring host (he left us water, juices, wine, cookies, coffee...) Cute kittens outside to welcome us. Thank you Eleni for the hospitality.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.
