Monthly Rentals in Nishitokyo

This home was perfect for us! We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in such a great location to be able to hop on the train to go shopping and get great food. Plus it was a quick walk to the conbini which was a huge help! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe there. Kat responded almost immediately to all of my messages. We had to extend for another night and got it extended within 5 minutes!! I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Kat as a host 😃

My room was very comfortable and spacious. I was picked up and dropped off at the local train and bus stations when checking in and out! We also went to the grocery store when checking in which was very helpful. There was a tv and desk for working. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle. The kitchen was offered for use. There were also bikes available. The hosts were very friendly and I was able to do laundry. The wifi was strong.

The interior was new and clean.Communication is also smooth. It's a room on the third floor, but there are only stairs, so it's very difficult to get in and out with a large suitcase.There is only enough space to open one suitcase. The soundproofing was not good, so I often woke up at night due to the sirens of fire trucks and ambulances.I think it would be nice for people who are light sleepers to have earplugs.

it's a very nice place to stay. The location is the best. I got all I needed for the stay. the host is very responsive and offers helps quickly.
