Nice large bathroom and large, bright room with bed and table, where you can sit and enjoy many different games. When you arrive, the apartment is ready for you with clean bed linen and towels. 500 meters to a grill, ice cream, and fish shop. 2 km to pizza. 13 km to Djurs Sommerland. The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

House in the country - The Retro House

Note! Limited bookings spring/summer 2025 due to construction work on the farm! Welcome to Vandbakkegaarden’s Retro House. Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.

Bright and newly renovated 24 sqm apartment in a quiet area with a view over Grenaa town. It is a 7-minute walk to the center of Grenaa. The tea kitchen can be used for light dishes. The apartment is connected to our house, which has its own entrance to the apartment and its own bathroom. The distance to Grenaa beach is 5.8 km, Djurs Sommerland is only 22 km away from Grenaa.
