Vacation rentals with beach access in Nîmes

We had a great time in Palavas! The welcome was very warm, our host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is as described: clean, well-equipped, nothing is missing. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real plus, it is the ideal location to fully enjoy the sea and the surroundings. Thank you again for the friendly welcome. I highly recommend this listing for a successful stay by the sea!

Very welcoming and functional accommodation with a beautiful balcony! Close to the beach and the port as well as shops (the path can be done on foot without problem). Guillaume is a caring and friendly host, who gave us good recommendations for things to do on site. I recommend :)

The accommodation is beautiful with amazing views of the lake which is a few meters from the residence… The house is very clean and modern. In this place we feel safe. Harmonie is very responsive, very accommodating and very friendly. We had a great time!

Short 3-night stay in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well-equipped and very well-located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the seaside, which only aimed to spend a few days away from home and go shell picking.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were 11 girls and loved staying in his beautiful villa: clean, spacious, very well-equipped, in a quiet and green setting, while being close to shops. The stay in Nicole's mazet was fantastic. The mazet itself is perfect. The location is magnificent, overlooking the river. Spacious garden with all seats. Wonderful. Inside very clean and equipped with every comfort. But the best part of my stay was Nicole herself and her husband! Nicole helped me a lot a few times and even took me to Uzes with my dog when I had to go to the vet! You won't find nicer and more attentive owners anytime soon. Thank you Nicole for everything. I had a wonderful time in Collias, thanks to you.

What a beautiful surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and furnished. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be nicer than being a short walk to the beach?! Very convenient with kids! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Clean, tidy, well-equipped accommodation. good bedding photos as described. close to shops on foot, beach also but a little further. reserved and secure parking space in a closed parking lot The apartment is planned for 4 but it could be small for 4. There were two of us and it was perfect. thank you for everything Loubna

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.

Jean Francois could not have been more helpful. Lovely flat with great views - especially at sunset. The flat was short of nothing - it had everything we wanted and more. It was very well equipped and felt like a home. The area was great - good choice of restaurants, long sandy beaches very close by, cycle hire - and good cycle network. Easy to get into Montpellier by bus and tram.
