Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Large detached house in the peace of the countryside, but only 10 km from the city center. Less than 1 km to the beach, 500 m to the village shop and on a summer day you can visit the Meggala Winery to taste their wines on their terrace. In winter, you can swim in the adjacent road opening. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a movie theater, but the bed can also be converted into a sleeping space. In a separate sauna room, there is a guest room for two. No parties, etc.

Downtown about 1km, to Kirjurinluoto 900m. The apartment has all the appliances you need, as well as a washer that dries. Double bed and double sofa bed.
