Very nice apartment, comfortable, it feels good. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches on arrival. The video instructions are very clear and the hosts are very responsive. The place is quiet, little traffic in the street. We took the breakfast delivery option and were not disappointed.

Small cozy room on the ground floor on a rather quiet street, modest but functional with all the necessary amenities. Careful attention to the layout, suitable for a one- or two-night stay. Perfect cleanliness and ventilation in the bathroom, recent renovation. Very good bedding. Good location close to the train station and the city center on foot. Pleasant cocoon where I had a nice stay!

very nice refurbished apartment, it is true that the stairwell is a little scary at first, but once you enter the apartment, you are good. no nice view, however, the windows open onto an inner courtyard. smell of drains in the bathroom, you have to see to put a more suitable drain

Highly recommend this comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment. It is spacious, quiet, clean, and very private. There were even fresh flowers in the room! We loved being right in the heart of Lormes, easy walking distance to everything. David greeted us warmly, made us feel at home, and was a great source of information. Merci beaucoup, David!

welcoming host Very nice accommodation ideal for two people, very well equipped and quiet.

Large modern studio in a good location, pleasant terrace not overlooked. Small downside, wet studio and it's quickly hot, fan available but disturbing noise (especially at night). We only stayed there for one night so no repercussions on our sleep or comfort.

We had a lovely time. Listing is as described. The jacuzzi shuts off at midnight for noise pollution, but it still gives us time to enjoy it. I recommend it!

Parking attached to the accommodation so convenient, the accommodation was very clean, well-equipped overall, the room reserved for the jacuzzi is really the big positive point of the accommodation, host available and punctual Point to improve: The bedding, the mattress is not very pleasant (for us anyway) But it's a great value for the money in view of the Jacuzzi service, which is very rare in Nevers. I recommend 👌🏻

Listing as described, the Loire is walkable for beautiful walks as well as the Carnot market for shopping. We could go back to the area and come back to this place.
