A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! We had a great experience staying at the cottage! Rianne was very responsive and friendly, and left great instructions for practically every aspect of our stay, from how to get there to how to use appliances. The place was clean, peaceful, and lovely inside. Lots of work and care went into this place and it shows! We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Gouda. Great location, easily accessible to the market square and multiple restaurants. Great base for hiring bicycles and exploring the surrounding countryside. Apartment clean & tidy & well equiped. Joop (host) came to check on us once we’d arrived and was very helpful. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing Airbnb. A unique property in a beautiful location. Anne and Lucy's were so welcoming and friendly. The Baksehuisje was compact but had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was great after a long day of cycling. We loved the big garden and we had an evening picnic at the bottom of the garden with a view over the surrounding countryside. There were 3 friendly cats at the property plus chickens and pigeons to look at. The property is in a very peaceful location just outside the small town of Lekkerkerk

My favourite thing about this apartment is the location. I had suitcases and could easily roll them down the road, 5 minutes from central station. The neighbourhood is wonderful, with a huge canal and weeping willows. The apartment itself is genius! Such optimization of space! You have everything you need - a hot and clear shower, good warm bed to sleep on, a little sunny garden. Just perfect. Thank you

It was a very cozy house and everything you needed was there! The location was excellent. Coranne was also a very pleasant host. We would definitely like to come back here!

This Airbnb experience truly stands out from the rest. I recommend it to everyone. THANK YOU ❤️ A few points worth noting: - Apartment is a pure aesthetic pleasure matched with all amenities one may need to have a hassle-free stay. - Bed was so comfortable and next-level due to its ability to elevate and bend with some sort of technology. That’s just WOW. I have had the bestest sleep there, and in general spent lots of time in the room - enjoying its tranquility, beauty, and comfort. - Hosts are trustworthy, fascinating and caring. Lovely people to connect with and feel safe and home. - Snacks and breakfast food & tea/coffee were generously provided - massive thanks for that, that has never happened to me before. Location is most certainly not central - but what you get with Dimitros is worth taking an Uber or a train downtown for, because I’m not sure there anything to match his place in the rest of Rotterdam. Wishing you guys bestest on your journey ahead and see you! xox
