Monthly Rentals in Nicosia

I stayed at the Cozy Attic House for over a month and absolutely loved it! The space was incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything I needed — including a great espresso machine and plenty of closet space for my clothes. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless throughout my stay, which made it feel even more like home. Eleana was amazing — so kind, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I already miss this place and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We had difficulty finding the apartment at first because the building was probably brand new. The apartment is well equipped and also very new and modern. The location is close to the center, so we could reach everything on foot. But it is located on a larger street, which you can hear on the balconies. Overall highly recommended.

The space is beautifully designed — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated with delightful personal touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. Every corner exudes comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and every detail — from the ambient lighting to the perfectly equipped kitchen — was carefully curated for an exceptional stay. Communication with the host was seamless: attentive, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location-wise, it’s perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need or want to explore.

John is a wonderful host and has built out a nice property. The location is fantastic and quite close to a few restaurants, the Lidl is right down the road, and Nicosia city center is only around a 20-25 minute walk. The space was really quite lovely too. Nicely lit and laid out and It opens up to the local square for a unique way to sit and enjoy the sunshine. It also had everything one could need for an extended stay (something which I’d highly recommend everyone do). Many places I stay at I hope to return to someday, but John’s place is different in that I know I will; I think that sums up my feelings completely.
