Vacation rentals with a patio in Nickajack Lake

Wonderful! I had an amazing stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun and yet so homey! I loved the area as well!The mountains are so beautiful!! The hosts were responsive, friendly and kind! Neighbor Sam was the coolest! This is an amazing value! I will absolutely return! 😊🙌

The host and Airbnb were absolutely perfect!! The house was beautiful and a great location for a vacation in Chattanooga! The host was proactive and checked in to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was PERFECT!

What a cute little studio with everything you’ll need for a quick trip. It was private & gave the appearance of being secluded even though you weren’t. The studio was clean however there were ants on the counter in the kitchen. We did not cook so not a big deal for us. I think with the woods near it’s to be expected to have some insects. Everything else was very clean. You can hear the cars drive by & if anyone is staying next door you can hear talking through the walls but it wasn’t a bother to us. Being able to walk to the welcome center of the state park was an added bonus. You can also walk to the 1 mile nature walk at the welcome center. We drove 20 miles to South Pittsburgh to the Lodge Museum & Lodge flagship store. Enjoyed dinner at the Depot Cafe (staple in Monteagle) & Papa Ron’s Pizza & Italian Steakhouse. Very friendly staff at both!

The place was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into so much traffic and the road we were on to their house was unexpectedly closed due to a fallen tree. Anyway it was 10:30 and she was messaging us trying to help. We couldn’t find the house because it was pitch black out, so she came outside at that time to help us. She even had the pullout bed ready for us because she knew we were going to be arriving later. Which meant a lot to me because we had been in the car for 15 hours with 2 young kids

Amazing stay! The power went out due to storms in the area, but that didn’t stop us from busting out candles and having a game night. Super cozy and beautiful home even in bad weather! 10/10 Will stay here again

The stay was great! The home presented well and the decor was amazing! Jenna set all expectations so we felt prepared and if we had any questions we received answers quickly. The only feedback we would provide is stocking the kitchen with more cookware options/quantity as we did a lot of cooking over the week we were there lol. Also, not that this was Jenna’s fault, but hopefully the HOA can do better controlling the “poop” in the yard.

Gary’s place was beyond perfect. The peaceful setting was exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. The house had everything you could need and more. Gary has thought of everything. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely book again.

Very clean, super cute house. Definitely best for just a couple, but we managed to make it work with our two little kids as well. Quiet neighborhood and good location — short drive or a long-ish walk to the park and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The 2-story house is almost perfectly laid out. All sleeping quarters and one full bathroom are upstairs, and all common areas are downstairs. I think there's separate thermostats for both floors as well. Our party of 5 immediately felt at home in the spaces, and the 1 full meal we prepared in the kitchen came together quickly, using mostly provided spices and staples. The kitchen incidentally provided the BEST and SHARPEST knives I've ever seen provided in a rental! Everything was clean and the house had just the right touch of refurb without sacrificing its 100+ year old character. As I alluded to in the ratings, it is on a main ~35mph thoroughfare through the Red Bank neighborhood, but the provided inclined parking was adequate. Parents with wandering-age children should take note of the road's busy-ness and proximity (50-60ft from front porch.) It was perfect for our all-adult crowd, and we would happily return!

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located close to the places we wanted to visit. Communication and instructions were great. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Awesome stay! Very well furnished kitchen, even had the syrup & ketchup I forgot at home! They had a wonderful play area for kids. Made unpacking and packing the car a breeze due to the kids being so entertained with all the toys! We were 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do in both directions. So that was super convenient! Very comfortable stay for my 2 dogs as well. The privacy fence was great! We will be back!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The home immediately stood out as exceptional. The modern look and features made us stay in more than usual. That, coupled with the abundance of nature just outside made for a great stay. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and full of information. We would definitely stay here again. Thank-you for having us!

This is a beautiful space in a walkable area. There are many great restaurants and a grocery store just steps away. I would absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

Needed a last-minute place after flight cancelation & was able to check-in right away.

We come to Chattanooga quite often to visit our daughter who lives there, and this is now one of our favorite places! It has the charm that only an older home can have-beautiful architecture and some squeaky floors which actually just adds to the charm! Jennifer left plenty of coffee, water and snacks which was a great touch that we enjoyed. The air conditioner worked great on a warm June night and the bed was very comfortable. A special bonus was a fantastic vinyl collection and record player that we used throughout the evening. Also loved coffee out on the patio in the morning! The neighborhood is stunning and beautiful and quiet. Can't wait to come again another time!
