Our stay was lovely, and if we return to the Preston area, we will definitely stay here again. The place is so charming—we especially loved the history of the building and the beautiful brick wall. The host was amazing—so responsive and communicative. Plus, the central location made it easy to walk anywhere we needed to go.

A beautiful spot to spend a peaceful night. We felt so welcome in Jennifer's home. They had some water and beverages in the fridge and some snacks in the drawer, which were so thoughtful. Our room was wonderful and homey. Would stay there again whenever I needed to stop in the area. The mountains behind the house are spectacular as well.

Lovely place exactly as pictured. Checkin was easy and instructions were clear. The location was easy on and easy off Main Street yet it was quiet. Twin beds were perfect for the kids. Home is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Pleasant stay. Would stay again when in Smithfield.

We loved our stay, and will definitely be coming back. Very clean, bed was comfy, very quiet surroundings decorated so cute, easy to get too. Everything you need to prepare food and cook with they had tray for you! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ plus!!
