Monthly Rentals in Newport

We had a wonderful stay for one month in Natalie’s place., awesome experience. The area was so beautiful and quiet, surrounded by wonderful foliage, yet close to everything. The apartment was very nice and very spacious. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We would highly recommend this place to everyone. Debbie

I loved Luke’s place. There was a slight misunderstanding with service animals. We were able to talk through it and get through it. The only thing I did not like was that the “co host” Kathy was sitting outside during my check out which made me extremely uncomfortable being watched. Luke’s place felt like home. I would stay again without my service animal for sure! 10/10 experience for sure! Good job Luke!

Nice space, very communicative and accommodating host. Longer term stay (2 weeks) and Kayla was very responsive and helpful. Convenient location, well kept home. Thank you for welcoming the furry guests as well. Highly recommend Kayla as a host!
