Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Newport Beach

Love the location. however, consider you are sharing a 2 story building and the people your sharing with upstairs can be loud.. In our case they were loud late at night very early in the morning @5am.. The garage is very, very low, we drove a Mercedes GL450 and did not fit in the carpor/garage.. and almost no parking close by.

We had a great time! Celebrated a graduation from UCI and a fun time at Disneyland! Great views, fun entertainment, lots of big beds and helpful kitchen supplies. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at this pet-friendly beach house, and it was truly the perfect getaway for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the property was for pets. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for both us and our dogs to relax. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus, giving our dogs a safe space to play and explore. The beach access was just a short walk away, and it was so nice to be able to take our dogs along for daily walks along the shore. We also loved the quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house offered the ideal getaway for relaxation and fun. Highly recommend!

This is our second year in a row staying at this location, and it is definitely turning into something we want to do every year. A perfect quiet location steps away from the beach. Gorgeous space, plenty of room inside and I loved the extra loft space. The hosts are always very proactive with all of the information you need and they respond quickly! Thank you for making us feel right at home at the beach.

Jerry's house is in a wonderful location and very spacious. Everything was well-equipped and well-maintained, and our friends really loved staying there. Jerry was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If I visit the area again, I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy surf house near Huntington Beach! I booked it as a Father’s Day getaway for my husband and our daughters, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the house had everything they needed for a relaxing and fun trip. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great local food recommendations that helped make the experience even more memorable. You can really tell they care about their guests. Cozy space and great location about .5 mile walk to Huntington Beach and 1.5 mile walk to Huntington Beach pier. Perfect home for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old! Would love to stay again!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

I had a great time staying here! It was nice and in a secure and gated area and right central to where I needed to be. Kris was amazing and gave clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to get into the parking area and unit.
