The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!
