Low tide accessible beach at the end if the street 3 minute walk before you hit the sand but rocky. (under 25 lbs)dog ok...perfect for couples or families. No parties or loud noise. Private side porch off the back door with ocean view. ONE off st parking spot unless prior arrangements have been made.
