Monthly Rentals in Newark

Me and friends stayed here for 4 nighta and the stay itself was comfortable, place was extactly as its in the pictures on the listing. Troy & Bea for super responsive, check-in was flexible and smooth, with clear instructions to open each door. since we were 3 people, Air Mattress was provided which is of very good quality for a comfortable sleep over night. kitchen is equipped with essentials, Washroom was clean. Good Stay over all.

I stayed at Mark's house for 11 days. The house is beautiful and very clean, the room and bed are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The train station is a 10 minutes walking, (35 - 40 minutes from Manhattan) and there are also buses close to the house. Mark is a kind person, and his dog is adorable. I would definitely return.

It is like staying in a 4 star hotel in Manhattan but with 5 star quality owners. Djalma an her husband are great. Super responsive and willing to help. The room is spotless. The mattress súper confortable and high end sheets and towels. Even though not that close to Penn Station, the neighborhood offers lots of good options to eat and shop. I already know where to stay next time in NY

I stayed at Maria’s Airbnb for 4 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was sparkling clean—there wasn’t a single spot out of place during my entire stay. Even the shared bathroom was impeccably maintained at all times. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook or prepare meals. Maria herself was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I was down with a cold, and she thoughtfully made me a hot lemon tea to make me feel better—such a warm gesture! She’s clearly hardworking and cares deeply about her guests. Wishing her all the best for the future!
