27 miles from Sugarloaf, Bigelow Preserve, and the Maine Huts & Trails: enjoy a stay at the Runamuk Acres Conservation Farm! At the top of a rather steep set of stairs, at the very back of the house, this room offers 2 twin beds and a view of our 10-acre pollinator meadow. We offer a complimentary farm-fresh breakfast made with real ingredients from our own farm, and other local farms. Fill your bellies, meet our friendly critters, and experience farm-life first hand before your next adventure.
“What an amazing farm! Samantha is hard at work every day and was a great host. The farm house needs work like all old farmhouses, but I will definitely be staying there again. All the best for this growing season Samantha! Keep on growing!”

“Being that the home I live in is an antique house, I was right at home here too. Very spacious area. Super close to local yummy restaurants. Barbara was quick to respond to questions. A pleasant and comfortable stay.”
Beautiful home nestled in the Western Mountains of Maine. This home is well equipped with a unique style all its own. A great place to share with family and friends. We are close (15 miles) to Sugarloaf Mountain. Snowmobile and ATV trail access. Hiking, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, golfing and much more all right here in Kingfield, Maine.
“Michael's place was perfect for our group during our ski weekend at Sugarloaf. The house is incredibly clean, and the space is even nicer in person than it looks in the pictures. All of the rooms are a good size, and the downstairs space is perfect for a group of friends to hang out in. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Michael was very clear with instructions and was a quick message away if we needed him. With the quality of this place along with the quick commute to the mountain, we'll definitely be looking to come back!”
