Monthly Rentals in New Point

As soon as we got to the house, it was a peaceful retreat. Although there are a few homes or farms close, there was little noise or distraction getting those of nature. The house and amenities were what you need for a few days stay and there was even an extra crate for the puppy if we’d forgotten ours. When we had a question the guest night, there was a response within fifteen minutes. And it was proactive as well as positive. The whole experience had been lovely.

Last flight out was perfect for our family of four. The location was absolutely stellar, with its own private beach. The water was calm and everyone loved swimming. The furnishings were all clean and new. We spent almost all of our time out on the huge patio, which had plenty of seating. Brandon thought of everything and was so responsive anytime we had a question while we were there. Definitely recommend and hope to come back one day.

The hosts were accommodating, offered assistance and suggestions, and communicated well. The home was comfortable, well stocked, and decorated with care. It was perfect for us two, with plenty of room. We enjoyed the stay, the beautiful view, quiet surroundings, and the chance to completely relax.

We are two old & dear friends who needed a getaway to catch-up, and enjoy some R&R from hectic schedules. We had a short stay, but loved our time at the Haddie James House (it was perfect for us!) We felt safe, we were very comfortable and had a lot of fun shopping/eating in Gloucester (Main St) and downtown Mathews. We would definitely stay here again and add more time to our stay. We never met the hosts (just one of their sweet dogs) but trusted they would respond to us if we had questions. Beautiful property and an adorable little home. Note: We easily found the house following the hosts' instructions and GPS in the daytime. But the hosts are right about it being "tricky" to find in the dark. I was glad we arrived when the sun was shining.
