This studio is located on a private property, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, adjacent to a picturesque golf course. The studio has it's own entrance and little deck area that can be screened off for privacy. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with electric benchtop hob and conventional oven with bbq and a dining table, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and toaster. Walking distance from shops and restaurants of Fitzroy and only 3km from New plymouth City Centre. We have ultra fast wi-fi, 65" tv in the lounge, Free street parking and awesome mountain views from inside of the house.

Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed, There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge for your wine and beers! The French doors lead to a decked area overlooking your own garden area where you can relax and unwind.
