Beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood, the air hockey table in the garage was the best distraction for the kids to stay busy after long days. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and we loved TVs being in every room

Our first time using AirBnb and because of our stay at Ryan’s home, we are definitely going to be using AirBnb and when in Phoebe area we will use his home again for sure!

Denise is a 5-star hostess. Her beautiful, immaculate home is in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to shopping, Laughlin and the lake. She is very professional, kind and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend her to anyone renting in the Bullhead area.

Truly an amazing experience. The house was very cozy and clean, plenty of space for everyone, fun games and the dock was very peaceful. The river is the perfect depth for swimming the kids had no problem jumping in and being able to touch the bottom. Mark is great, quick to respond and very accommodating. We’ll be back!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the house. My kids and I loved the backyard where we were able to enjoy a nice BBQ and have fun in the pool. Ryan was a great host informed us on everything and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Will definitely come back in a future date.

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

Great experience! Ryan and team got us in on a holiday when our other rental had a plumbing issue! The place was great and very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the communication and that the house was what had been advertised! Great location for us and the pool was wonderful! Would stay there again!

This Airbnb was so great!! I stood here since it’s close to laughlin lake and it was right down the street! Not only was the place nice, neat, but also the pool really made us all enjoy our time. I had an amazing experience staying at Anna’s place! The home was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the lake and casino which we wanted to go to while being out there. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Analia's place was perfect for our trip! The space had room for us to park our vehicles and trailer, and was close to a park with water access. While we spent most of our time out on the water, we did enjoy the patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.
