Loft vacation rentals in New England

The location and surrounding property is beautiful. The chickens were welcoming (the kids loved saying hello). The space was as imaged and clean. If the views were not enough, there are trails on the property you can ask about which were a fun distraction. It was a very easy 15 min drive to Camden, Rockport, and Rockland (we visited them all!).

I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

The accommodation is very warm and lively: plants, inspired decoration, non-standardized furniture,... It's really very pleasant and nothing missing. Martine is a very welcoming and responsive host. And the very large property (woods, lake) offers a very nice environment for walks or just to disconnect from urban life. We really want to go back in the summer or fall!

I felt right at home as soon as I arrived at the Old Red Barn. This was a fantastic setting for a trip to the Berkshires. Julie has thought of absolutely everything a guest might need, from extra qtips and toothpaste to a stick of butter in the refrigerator to a comfortable blanket for napping on the couch. I felt away from at all, though Great Barrington is a quick 5-minute drive away--a perfect balance. I am so glad I picked this place and look forward to returning!

Comfortable and cozy stay for 2 and a pet. Great location, sunny and bright. A/C was super quiet and cold.

Jane’s place was a wonderful space to relax and enjoy quiet surroundings. Jane was super friendly and responsive to all communications. Jane greeted us warmly and provided information about the space and surrounding area. She additionally got us started with coffee, creamer, bananas, etc. This was so appreciated after a long day of travel! Jane’s husband, Paul, provided a detailed overview of great hikes at Acadia NP which were color coded to match a Nat Geo map and graded by degree of difficulty. A tremendous benefit. We loved our stay at Under the Eaves on the “quiet side” of the island. The space was well thought out and so nicely/comfortably furnished. The backyard is akin to a lovely garden with a welcoming fire pit. A laundry room is additionally available. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have visited twice already and hope to go back again soon. We met the owner and her wonderful fiancé while we were visiting. Wonderful people. Very private and beautiful location. Quiet, spacious loft smack dab in prime Mile End. Easily walkable to some of the best restaurants in Montreal, beautiful parks, and, dangerously, St. Viateur bagels are only half a block away. Bed was comfy and A/C kept us cool even on a 90 degree day. Mike was happy to give us some recommendations for spots in the neighborhood and always responsive to any questions we had. Great spot if you want to get out of downtown!

We had an amazing time. It’s in a great location, everything is in walkable distance. We definitely felt like we were in a home away from home. We will definitely book again in the future.

The carriage house had all the historic charm one could ask for with modern comforts and conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom spacious and super clean, and the bed cozy and comfortable. We loved watching the daily farm activities, meeting the cows, and savoring the local goods from the farm store. I wish we had brought less food with us—the farm store was stocked with salad greens, dairy products to your heart’s desire (eat the moon cheese!), preserves, and incredibly delicious sausages. All local, all worth sampling. My husband and I were both able to work remotely with the fast wifi. So glad we stayed here and hoping for a return visit sometime soon!

Lovely stay. Very bucolic setting which was very peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunset. Would stay again.

The studio is in a very peaceful and quiet location but still close to all of the Natick shopping and amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. The loft is better than pictured as the ceilings are very tall and feels very open.

We loved our stay at Kate’s place. It was clean and comfortable. She gave tons of great recommendations that helped us find fun spots in Portland!

Jenny’s communication and instructions were easy to follow and made the visit seamless. The accommodations were just right and very comfortable. The perks of YouTube TV/Netflix and not having to do the cleaning for them was appreciated and put it over the top!

A fantastic stay in a warm and welcoming home close to great transport links, shops, coffee, lovely forest walks and also the river is only 15mins walk away, so a really nice place for long stays. The studio was warm and cosy, I rarely had to turn the heating on even in snowy weather as its so nicely insulated, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen really practical and the bathroom was the perfect size and set up. Very helpful hosts, and a great place for long term stays as you have privacy and it felt very homely, id 100% stay again, and the hosts were so helpful and lovely!

Charming little place! The bistro food is great! It's lively! There is atmosphere and shows on Friday and Saturday evenings. If the music doesn't bother you, that's perfect!

I had an amazing month in beautiful Quebec city, and the location of the apartment played a huge role in my experience. It was also very clean and cozy, and the kitchen was very well equiped. Raphael is an amazing and helpful host. I could not have done any beter anywhere else. Would definetely come back!

Nice little accommodation with all the things you need for everyday life. Bus station to Lennoxville just around the corner, Maxi supermarket only a 5-minute walk away, several places to eat nearby, quiet neighborhood. The hostess is super friendly, helpful and happy to give tips on what to do. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Lydiane is a fantastic host! Kind, welcoming, cheerful and always being helpful. The house is just a few mins from the Sauve metro and easy access to downtown, which helped a lot. Enjoyed my room a lot, very clean, quiet, and almost Scandinavian - nothing unnecessary and staying here was really comfortable and pleasant. My flight was in the evening and Lydiane was super kind to suggest I can have a late checkout. The host and the house come with my highest recommendations. We spent 5 months in Melanie's studio and it was a great experience! Close to the city center, university, lake and Mont Bellevue, the studio is located in a central, pleasant area and very well connected by buses. Melanie is a superb host, always available and there to help us. It was with a very heavy heart that we left our life in Sherbrooke in the Mont Bellevue studio. This experience will remain engraved in our hearts.
