The Bow house was a beautiful place and Jen was incredibly hospitable and responsive. This is an amazing place to come and get away from the noise. Everything was so clean and cozy. Would definitely come again!

I’ll start with this… I have my own Airbnbs and have been an Airbnb host since 2017 and have stayed in numerous Airbnbs across the US — this by far is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Check in was so easy and they sent over this extensive guidebook with info about the home, area, and even pet friendly locations to go to with your dog :) Everything was so clean and in order. (The silverware drawer was like heaven for someone with OCD). Haha. The location is on a quiet street but close enough to the beaches and downtown areas. The hosts were AMAZING. Very attentive, super nice and checked in on us. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. It was great waking up in the morning to an array of coffee/nespresso and be able to sit in the backyard with our dog before we started our day. The sauna was an added bonus. The bed was so comfortable and there was even a dog bed. I can’t fit everything I loved into this review! I will 100% be back and HIGHLY recommend this airbnb!

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

We had an amazing time at the lakehouse! Tim and Marissa are super communicative and left many helpful directions! The property is beautiful and the house felt like home away from home! I can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommended 😊

From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Matti was a friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel welcome from the start. He reached out ahead of time with helpful info and made check-in easy. The place matched the listing perfectly—if anything, it was a bit nicer than expected—and was a great value for the area. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had blackout shades. The shower had great water pressure and was a nice way to start the day. Everything was clean and functional, and we enjoyed the custom furniture pieces. The location was another plus- it was easy to get around on foot. We walked to dinner, grabbed coffee in the morning, and picked up a few things from the grocery store—all without needing to drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay with everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-priced, comfortable option in the area.

My wife, dog, and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Michael's place. The land is beautiful, the place itself is actually even nicer than the pictures, and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

My partner and I stayed here while visiting some friends in Portland and had a lovely time. After staying at Dan’s place I have higher expectations for future Airbnb stays! Besides the house’s charm, it was sooooo clean and comfortable. Though the weather was chilly and rainy during our visit, the house was cozy and we made great use of the wood stove. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed sufficient for your average meal. And honestly, the best part was not having a list of chores to complete at check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my third stay with Phyllis and her place does not disappoint. The place is spotless, spacious, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I would recommend Phyllis’ place to anyone.

We had a relaxing weekend at David's waterfront studio, and loved every part of it. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

One of the best furnished and very clean places we have stayed in over our travels. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The bathrooms were very clean and towels were plentiful. And the bed mattress was very firm, we loved it. The deck was amazing, comfortable chairs, hot tub was a bonus. Only con was the house is very close to the highway but with windows closed you cannot hear much noise. Would stay here again if ever we return to visit. Sandra and Robert

The house and setting were idyllic. We loved the history of the house and the beautiful way that it was restored to stay true to the unique details while still allowing for modern comforts and conveniences. The location of being set back from the main road, was very peaceful and quiet while still being close enough to the road to get to restaurants, stores, and the bakery in the town of St. Jean. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and gave excellent recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommend!

A+++ listing. We had a great stay in Ada’s condo. The location was excellent, it was a mile from Mohegan Sun, in a quiet and peaceful setting with many amenities. The king bed was super comfortable, the condo was really well stocked with everything you need. There was a private back balcony with pretty plants. Ada was a lovely host. She is very pleasant with excellent communication. I would highly recommend staying at her property.

The cottage was beautiful, very clean and modern. The outdoor layout is also very successful, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

What a lovely cottage. Our little group was looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy mommy alone time. This place was perfect. They had a nice touch with the ambiance music when we came in and left us some little treats. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace since it rained most of the weekend. It was perfect to relax, nap, laugh and enjoy. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. We will be back for sure !

This cottage was perfect for 3 families with kids. We had a great time! The queen beds and linens were especially comfortable!
