Monthly Rentals in New Castle

We enjoyed our time exploring Kittery, Portsmouth and York during our long weekend and it was great to have such a convenient and nice space to return to at the end of each day. Lisa’s place was very cozy and quiet while still being very close to all of the places we wanted to visit. As a host Lisa was very communicative and welcoming. We would definitely come back!

Simply delightful! Laurie’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood and garden views are beautiful and the off street parking was readily available. The sheets and pillows were high quality and the bed was comfortable (is a firm mattress). We generally prefer a soft mattress, but this one was still adequate. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to easily cook breakfast every day. We didn’t arrive until 10 PM on the night of check-in and it was a wonderful surprise to find soft drinks, water, beer and wine in the fridge! Highly recommend 😍

Marla and Mark were fantastic. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Hope I get to make a stop by again in the future!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!
