Marc Aurel Rosie was waiting for me to arrive outside the apartment, which is truly exceptional in its furnishings. It offers all the modern conveniences, dish washer, clothes washer, many electrical outlets, flat screen TV, full kitchen, strong, fast Internet 5g in a highly decorated apartment with the charm of a bygone era. Beautiful wood floors, a big tub with movable shower head, coved ceiling, many windows on three sides for natural ventilation. Rosie showed me how to operate the apartment's features and made coffee for me. She is the consummate host. I chose this apartment as a splurge in the middle of my trip for the washer, and I couldn't be happier. It's truly an exceptional place.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Regensburg this is it! It is very centrally located in old town close to all the sights and very walkable. There are a few markets just down the street. The apartment is spacious, private, clean and well stocked. Super easy check-in and Alwin and his son were very helpful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is full of light, immaculately clean, decorated with taste and even nicer than in the photos. It is also very quiet. Petra was friendly and always responded to our queries within a short time. We'd like to come back!

We stayed a week at David’s apartment and really enjoyed it. The self check in process was simple but we got a chance to meet David a few days later. He is super nice and helpful. Even though it was June, it was cold in Regensburg during most of our stay. Even with the heaters on, the apartment was still a little colder than what we prefer. The apartment is very cavelike with small windows overlooking two small courtyards but the interior lighting is very bright to compensate. The WiFi was good, bed comfortable and there was enough hot water. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and the location close to the Danube is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Ingrid's house is a real gem!!!! Large apartment equipped with everything, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything! The highlight is the veranda and the garden. Ingrid allowed us to use her barbecue and the brazier in the garden: a dream!!!! The lights and decorations in the garden made everything a paradise!!!I hope to be back soon!!!! Thank you Ingrid!!!

We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

We booked Lucie's place on the occasion of my wife's 30th birthday - and it was just perfect! Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and with many small details that make the stay special. Lucie is a wonderful host - warm, attentive and reliable. You can tell how much passion there is in the space. The surroundings are fantastically quiet and invite you to switch off - exactly what we were looking for. The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You do your shopping a little further away, but you get the peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally came to graze in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

Our stay in Amberg was very nice. The accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated. A bakery and the city center with restaurants, bars, etc. are within easy walking distance. Since we were with a large group of 22 people in the accommodation and wanted to sit together, the aus-Zeit team provided us with extra beer table sets for outside AND inside. That was really great and is not a matter of course! We can therefore definitely recommend the place.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Highly recommended! Very nice and quiet, nearby there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery. You can walk super, great surroundings! Nearby is Munich, Ingolstadt and more :) it's worth it! The hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean and in the kitchen everything you need is available. I'd love to come back :)

We needed a place to stay for the Regensburg Marathon and this was perfect. The location, the flat and Regensburg were amazing.

We had a relaxed, uncomplicated welcome, despite our late arrival at 9 PM. You have your peace and quiet if you want, but you could very well get into conversation with the hostess if you wish.

Simply beautiful! The apartment is bright, modern and equipped with really everything you could need. We even found coffee, tea, water and some sweets to welcome us. The hosts were immediately available for questions, there were clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Great location to explore Deggendorf, Plattlingen and surrounding areas.

This was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. From the beginning, Stephanie was very communicative and explained the process perfectly. The check-in went smooth. The home was very clean and had everything to make my family and I feel right at home. Easily one of the best experiences I have had in the last 10 years of traveling the world.
