The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

The more than 200 years old "Boierhaus", furnished in farming style, is very rural in the middle of the small hamlet of Tännesried. 80 cm thick granite walls on the ground floor guarantee pleasant temperatures in high summer.
