We had the most wonderful time at Durdica's amazing apartment. We were warmly met by her niece who showed us around the apartment and was easily contactable throughout our stay if we needed her. She gave us a great recommendation to go to the Fishermen's night on the harbour! The apartment really is as amazing as it looks in the photos and more spacious than we were expecting. The fantastic views are just as good from the inside as they are from the lovely large balcony. The apartment is beautifully furnished and super clean. It took us about 10 minutes to walk down into Makarska, but slightly longer on the way back up the hill. It's only the last 5 minutes that are really quite steep. It was great having a parking space inside the garage as parking in Makarska (and along the coast) was quite expensive. Makarska itself was beautiful with many old streets and a lovely promenade. We were able to walk for miles directly from the door. We highly recommend the apartment and the location!

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Modern relaxing oasis with a gorgeous view. Located away from the craziness of the old city and in a quiet neighborhood where you can get places by foot, public transit and car. With a helpful and easy going host, it's easy to get settled in and start enjoying the Adriatic life.

Great location, views of the wall of Ston on one side, salt plain in the middle and sea view on the other, all in the vineyards and among olive trees. The welcome was ideal, and when I wanted to do a wine tasting at the last minute, this was no problem at all. The guest is really central here!

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

We had an AMAZING stay with David and Ursula! The complex is in a stunningly beautiful area, close to beach and beach club, easily walkable to the old town. Ursula gave us great recommendations for restaurants, transport and things to do around the island, she really made sure we enjoyed our time there. The place itself is amazing, clean, had everything, and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Wow what a gem of a place!! You’re right in the heart of things, easily walkable to Old Town, but nestled in this picturesque cove. The balcony overlooks Beach Šulić, and there’s even a walk down directly to it. Absolutely loved our time here!

Jasmina and her family were so lovely and accommodating! The place was a great hidden gem ! … Jasmina communication and hospitality was so great .. if we wasn’t on the move we would have loved to stay for some more nights ! Defo worth a book !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. Very cute Villa located in great place close to Historical sites in Blagaj and Mostar and great for day tours to other near by attractions. Would recommend highly! Host family was very helpful and communicated and made suggestions to local delivery places.

We loved staying at Marijana’s beautiful home! It’s even better than the photos! She was so kind and flexible with us dropping off our bags early, and gave great recommendations on restaurants. The home is in a perfect location but as others have said, be prepared for lots of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Marina’s place. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony. A 20 min walk from the old town with a quiet swimming spot just across the road. A few steps to climb, but that’s how you get the view😀

Dragan's place is worth a visit, it's a beautiful, well-maintained place. Dragan is very responsive to any requests you may have, he will provide you with a multitude of useful links, for the location of the accommodation, views of Dubrovnik, nearby shops, good tips for visits etc. In short, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed and Dragan's mom is just as kind and welcoming...

We were greeted by Betina personally and felt right at home. We immediately laughed together and it was super warm! Almost like home. Dinner and a great fruit basket were also waiting for us! Betina was always available for us, we got great tips for restaurants and excursions on the island and found corners that many tourists don't get to know. The place was as described. We loved the terrace. Especially, the large barbecue where we grilled fish! A holiday at Betina is like a vacation with friends! It was so nice! Thanks again!

Comfortable apartment, ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the entrance to Mljet National Park and 10-15 minutes walk from the 2 lakes. Pleasant terrace with sea views. A quick tip for tight budgets, prefer to have a pizza at the restaurant just below the property (which is also held by the host), rather than trying to eat a burger at the restaurant next door (terribly expensive and particularly inedible).

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

This is a great place from which to explore Mostar and surroundings. It's just a short (10 min) walk to the old town, which makes it nicely outside of the hustle and bustle. And the free parking right beside the apartment is really helpful if you have a car. The apartment itself is light and spacious, and has a great view from the terrace. The hosts, Amina and Seldin, were extremely friendly and helpful, quickly responding to our requests. Highly recommended!

This beautiful house was very spacious with a sitting room and three bathrooms. The apartment feels like you are a part of history and, indeed, you are not far at all from the historic old town. Ajla made recommendations for anything local that we wanted to do including the best meal of our entire trip. Without a doubt, one of the top AirBnB experiences we have had. Traveling with two teenage daughters, and they were also delighted with our stay.
