There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. In the former inn Eichinger there is the cozy apartment. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it entices you to explore. In the small town of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a truly original Greißlerei. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.
