No. 1/Southern outskirts with good connections

The small, charming accommodation is located directly on the nature reserve in a prime residential area on the southern outskirts of Hamburg. Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? Please let us know and we will try to help where we can... The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
