The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

We live in the rural village of Boisheim with 2000 inhabitants, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. We are quiet and relaxed. You can feel comfortable and breathe deeply, relax or work with concentration - just as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a 50 sqm terrace.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. We were with 3 adults and 4 children at Mariëlle's and had a very nice stay. The apartment is spacious, cozy and very nicely decorated. We all immediately felt comfortable. For the children, the donkeys, goats and the farm were particularly great for scootering. We also liked the mosquito nets in front of the windows. Mariëlle was a very friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommended!

There were three of us at Corinna's place for three days. Even before, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment where everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we felt immediately comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need.
