The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. It is also suitable for business stays with a great wifi connection.

There is also a small cooking area (no kitchen) with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and double stove top. We share the hallway, the HW room and the staircase. My study is on the same floor. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available.
