Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nesslau

We loved our stay at Remo’s lodge! The views were absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The firepit and jacuzzi area were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Remo was a great host — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily come back again!

All as described. Despite key box, immediate personal contact. Vegetables and herbs in the garden. You could learn for your own garden. Great.

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. It is very comfortable, decorated with love and great taste. Everything is very clean, and has everything we needed for our week-long stay as a small family. Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

It was fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was decorated and furnished with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. It has a great view and invites you to linger. The uncomplicated contact with Silvia was also very pleasant. Hopefully we can be guests again :)

Thank you for the great time. We felt very comfortable. The children loved the animals very much! The outdoor area was also great for the kids. Another highlight is the extra-large family bed! Everything was just great! I'm sure we'll come again :-)

Very close to the train station and the cogswheel train to Pilatus was right down the road. Less than a 10 minute walk! Very convenient for our short stay here. Thanks again!

Three nights at Heidi's, great. At the same time, we are in the farm with a family environment, and at the same time in complete independence and tranquility. Heidi is a person who likes to please, she is very attentive to her guests, with delicate attentions, while being very discreet. Her good mood is infectious. Regarding the accommodation, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen functional, all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The place has a splendid view of the lake and is close to Rigi, Lucerne...

Manfred’s place was incredible—if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The views are absolutely magical, and Manfred went above and beyond with local recommendations. We even shared a bottle of champagne with him while he shared some fascinating facts about wine and the region. And the shower? Hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. This stay was unforgettable!

We had wonderful days with Julia and her husband. The apartment is spacious and very tastefully and luxuriously furnished. Although very quiet, you can easily get to the city and the surrounding area by public transport or you can start hiking directly. We just found it perfect!

Believe the hype! Perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (5 yr old, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Sabine went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable after our travel from the States, going as far as to grabbing us a few groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out the night we arrived. Sabine’s place was clean and had all the things we needed including a crib, high chair, changing table and toys for the kids. The location was perfect and a close walk to the bus stop and the port. We were only a quick boat ride away from Lucerne and other major towns. Also a block or two away are a small grocery store, butcher, and great bakery. Book Sabine’s place, you won’t regret it.

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco Alpine Chalet! Already upon arrival, we felt right at home. The description of the chalet was absolutely accurate and helped us a lot in the preparation. The chalet is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail – you can immediately feel that a lot of passion has been put into it. Everything was super clean and cozy – just to feel good! The quiet location surrounded by nature makes the stay a real relaxing vacation. We highly recommend the Eco Alpine Chalet and will definitely be happy to come back!

We had wonderful days with Thomas! The house was very quiet and the natural pool is an absolute highlight. Thomas was super nice, we definitely want to come back! Those looking for nature and tranquility will love it here :-)

Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our weekend in the house. The location is great, close to the street but very quiet, secluded and with a beautiful view. Communication was great and check-in and check-out clear and flexible, thanks again!

We were allowed to spontaneously spend an extended weekend in the bijou sitterblick. The cottage and the surroundings fully met expectations.
