Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nesslau

We loved our stay at Remo’s lodge! The views were absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The firepit and jacuzzi area were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Remo was a great host — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily come back again!

Alles wie beschrieben. Trotz Schlüsselkasten sofort persönlicher Kontakt. Gemüse und Kräuter im Garten. Man konnte für den eigenen Garten lernen. Super.

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Merci nous avoir reçu dans votre magnifique maison. Elle est très confortable, décorer avec amour et beaucoup de goût. Tous est très propre, et y tous ce qu’il fallait pour notre séjour d’une semaine en petite famille . Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, pour les œufs frais de votre poulailler. C’est magnifique petit mouton, ont adorer. On c’est promener dans le village et dans la forêt autour, très simpa. La nuits on a croiser des petits cerfs 🥰 sur la route. Merci Eva et Yves

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

Pascal und Ailine waren wie immer herzlich und einladend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich fühle mich jedes mal Wohl, wenn ich dort bin und es fehlt an nichts! Danke für den Schokokuchen diesmal :D

Es war traumhaft schön, ruhig und entspannend. Das Häuschen wurde bis ins kleinste Detail mit viel Liebe dekoriert und eingerichtet. Es hat eine tolle Aussicht und lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu Silvia war sehr angenehm. Hoffentlich dürfen nochmals zu Gast sein :)

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben die Tiere sehr geliebt! Auch der Aussenbereich war super für die Kids. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das extragrosse Familienbett! Es war einfach alles super! Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal :-)

Very close to the train station and the cogswheel train to Pilatus was right down the road. Less than a 10 minute walk! Very convenient for our short stay here. Thanks again!

Trois nuits chez Heidi , super. A la fois on se trouve dans la ferme avec un environnement familial, et à la fois en toute indépendance et tranquillité. Heidi est une personne qui aime faire plaisir, elle est au petit soin avec ses hôtes, avec de délicates attentions, tout en étant très discrète. sa bonne humeur est communicative. concernant le logement, la literie est confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle, toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Le lieu possède une vue splendide sur le lac et est à proximité du Rigi, de Lucerne....

Manfred’s place was incredible—if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The views are absolutely magical, and Manfred went above and beyond with local recommendations. We even shared a bottle of champagne with him while he shared some fascinating facts about wine and the region. And the shower? Hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. This stay was unforgettable!

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

wunderschöne 10 Tage in einer sehr modernen und geschmackvollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Sohn von Oma Jutta hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge / Restaurants gegeben, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit. Helmut und Silvia vom linken Niederrhein 😀

Die Wohnung von Julia in dem Haus mit Charme war wirklich wundervoll. Wir hatten noch nie so eine authentische, schöne und sehr saubere Airbnb-Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Julia und Ihr Partner sind außerdem äußerst zuvorkommend.

Believe the hype! Perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (5 yr old, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Sabine went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable after our travel from the States, going as far as to grabbing us a few groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out the night we arrived. Sabine’s place was clean and had all the things we needed including a crib, high chair, changing table and toys for the kids. The location was perfect and a close walk to the bus stop and the port. We were only a quick boat ride away from Lucerne and other major towns. Also a block or two away are a small grocery store, butcher, and great bakery. Book Sabine’s place, you won’t regret it.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal Gast in dieser wunderschönen Alpenhütte und das sagt wahrscheinlich schon alles! :) Unser erster Aufenthalt in der Vorweihnachtszeit 2023 hätte mit frischem Neuschnee kaum schöner sein können. Auch diesmal Anfang März hatten wir traumhaftes Wetter - noch etwas Schnee, jeden Tag Sonnenschein und blauen Himmel - da können wir uns kaum einen erholsameren Ort als Cortinella vorstellen. Das Alpenpanorama in der Ruhe der Natur und natürlich der Hot Tub sind die Highlights in diesem Urlaubsparadies, wo es uns an nichts gefehlt hat - außer vielleicht genügend Urlaubstagen ;-) Hoffentlich kommen wir bald wieder!

Wow! Es war einfach traumhaft- Zwei Tage einfach abschalten... Wir haben den Tripp sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage bei Thomas! Das Haus war sehr ruhig gelegen und der Naturpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Thomas war super nett, wir wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen! Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht wird es hier lieben :-)

Marc ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist eine typische Schweizer Berghütte mit Tradition was uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat. Die Anreise war komfortabel die Hütte ist gut zu erreichen. Danke Marc, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay. Wir hatten unser Wochenende im Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, zwar nah an der Strasse aber sehr ruhig, abgelegen und mit einem schönen Ausblick. Die Kommunikation war super und das Checkin und -out klar und flexibel, danke nochmals!

Wir durften ganz spontan ein verlängertes Wochenende im bijou sitterblick verbringen. Das Häuschen und die Umgebung haben die Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschön überwachsene Aussenbereich. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die ihr Ferienhäuschen und die Umgebung mit viel Liebe hegen und pflegen.
