Anna Marie’s place was in a great location to the beach as well as most local sites. Easy walking to ruins and the beach. Location was quiet and had a nice swimming pool.

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

We had a wonderful few days as Asma’s Ruby suite!! Communication was great, the suite was spotless and so beautifully decorated. It was a perfect mountain retreat, with a gorgeous pool, rustic traditional feel and great options to explore for food and nearby villages. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and great place to spend your holidays while visiting Cyprus. The view from the balcony is just marvelous! Really recommend to everyone.

Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

first I was a little skeptical about whether I booked the right place for my first Cyprus vacation, but I found it was a hit. I had my absolute peace there (especially in front of the tourists...). No noise! The only thing you heard were sounds of nature and animals. It was absolutely not disturbing, more like paradise! Wifi was great! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the hygienic conditions in the bathroom. Hair stuck everywhere. It was a little disgusting.... a small visit to the supermarket helped to feel comfortable.... vinegar cleaner, cleaning cloths..... The kitchen was gigantically equipped, but I can't say anything about it because I didn't use the kitchen. Only the fridge-freezer combination was a little outdated and noisy. As for the trash, a few notes would be appropriate. I didn't know what to do with it. Nevertheless, I would book the apartment again at any time. I felt very comfortable there and slept wonderfully well.

Lovely apartment in walking distance to everything you need we will be looking to stay again next year

We had an amazing stay at Margarita Gardens. The location is perfect for getting around Paphos and we used the buses to get to the waterpark, tomb of the Kings, Venus Beach and other places. Antoine was so quick at communicating and arranged a taxi for us when our flight was delayed. He was very friendly and came to check on us and provide recommendations for local spots. The pool was amazing and everything in the apartment was clean and easy to use. It’s even better than the photos!

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

The Villa was amazing, very spacious, outdoor is amazing and overall 10/10. The staff helped us with every request we had and was very helpful and friendly. Worth mentioning that the Villa is part of a resort/hotel and not a personal home.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

Natalie was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all questions we had. her English was great and we felt comfortable. even when we were unsure of weather, public transport she was able to answer us and make us feel comfortable. location is great if you have a car and there is free parking

Very luminous and cozy apartment. Very clean and looks better than in photos .

Positive: Especially the good communication and helpfulness of the landlord is to be emphasized. In case of problems, they were immediately satisfactorily resolved. The property has a nice veranda overlooking the sea and by car you can reach beautiful Coral Bay in 10 minutes. There were plenty of towels and linens, washing machine works well. Kitchen has enough equipment to cook and the rooms are all large and pleasant. Air conditioning also works very well. Plenty of space and spacious cabinets. Negative: the fridge could be a bit noisy at times ( but was big =positive ) A small bathroom cabinet would be nice. Overall a recommended and beautiful place to stay.

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

We loved our stay in Coral Bay! The area is perfect, if you want a relaxed typical beach holiday with a few good restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. The area is perfect for a trip to Paphos city or to Akamas national park with a 4x4. The apartment is located just a 5 min walk from Coral Bays main street where you find everything you need. Bus station, car rental, tourist information, supermarket and all the above. The beach is a 20 min walk and it is just perfect! One of the most beautiful ones if you like tourist beaches with bars, umbrellas etc. And not too crowded. Aleksandra was super fast in replying to our messages. We needed a few more things in the apartment and she helped us right away! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were super happy! The balcony was our favorite - beautiful! The only two critic points would be that the warm water does not always work in the evening and the bed is quite small for a tall person (1,90 m). I recommend!

We always travel to Cyprus off-site and have stayed in this cozy condo for 2 years in a row. The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the beautiful view, the silence. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable large beds, there is a bathtub, a comfortable wardrobe and a hairdryer. The host is very pleasant in communication. thank you for the wonderful vacation days!

It's okay, the apartment is as described. Communication with Maria went very well. I recommend it!
