Apartmens with good design and space usage, nice balcony with beautiful flowers. The hosts are very responsive. Good location. Alfa & Omega mall and King Avenue Mall are close. Barbershop, Hair saloon, pharmacy are near. 20-30 walk to the harbour. Quite close to archeological sites. If you go to the sea direction there are nice taverns. I recommend Laverna taverna. The nearest beach is probably Lighthouse beach (20 min of walk). But I recommend to go to the Venus Beach (40 min). It is the best. You can swim there even when there are high waves. Clean, water, sand. It is very beautiful in the morning. I spent nice time in these apartments. Great thanks to Iulia and Catalin.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków. Wszytko działało sprawnie. W odległości 10-15 minut spaceru są sklepy, restauracja, piękna promenada i port. Jest to bardzo fajna miejscówka do eksplorowania okolic Pafos. Bardzo dobrze połączone również komunikacyjnie. Ale jeżeli chcesz wybrać się do wąwozu Awakaz, obejrzeć plażę Lara Beach czy Łaźnie Adonisa to zdecydowanie polecam samochód. Bez tego ani rusz. Polecam piękną plażę piaszczystą Sandy Beach w odległości około 7 km od miejsca zamieszkania. Poza tym najbliższa plaża podana w opisie to wg mnie nie jest plaża tylko wybetonowane miejsce z zejściem do morza . Poza tym wszytko jak najbardziej godne polecenia, kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, miły i gościnny . Polecam .

Мы проживали с 31 мая по 4 июня.Квартира чистая,просторная,все что надо для проживания тоже есть.Кровати мягкие.Расположение удобное.Бассейны чистые и большие.Рядом есть киоск и аптека и ресторан.Хозяйка отвечала на все наши вопросы.

We had a wonderful few days as Asma’s Ruby suite!! Communication was great, the suite was spotless and so beautifully decorated. It was a perfect mountain retreat, with a gorgeous pool, rustic traditional feel and great options to explore for food and nearby villages. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and great place to spend your holidays while visiting Cyprus. The view from the balcony is just marvelous! Really recommend to everyone.

Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

erst war ich etwas skeptisch, ob ich die richtige Unterkunft für meinen ersten Zypernurlaub gebucht habe, aber ich musste feststellen, dass es ein Volltreffer war. Ich hatte dort meine absolute Ruhe (vor allem vor den Touristen...). Kein Lärm! Das einzige was man hörte waren Geräusche der Natur und Tieren. Es war absolut nicht störend, eher wie im Paradies! WLAN war top! Das einzige worüber ich etwas enttäuscht war, waren die hygienischen Zustände im Bad. Überall klebten Haare. Es war etwas ekelig.... ein kleiner Besuch im Supermarkt verhalf zum wohlfühlen.... Essigreiniger, Putzlappen..... Die Küche war gigantisch ausgestattet, allerdings kann ich darüber nichts berichten, da ich die Küche nicht genutzt habe. Einzig die Kühl-Gefrierkombination war etwas veraltet und laut. Was die Müll betrifft, wären ein paar Hinweise angebracht. Ich wusste nicht wohin damit. Dennoch würde ich die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und traumhaft gut geschlafen.

We had an amazing stay at Margarita Gardens. The location is perfect for getting around Paphos and we used the buses to get to the waterpark, tomb of the Kings, Venus Beach and other places. Antoine was so quick at communicating and arranged a taxi for us when our flight was delayed. He was very friendly and came to check on us and provide recommendations for local spots. The pool was amazing and everything in the apartment was clean and easy to use. It’s even better than the photos!

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

The Villa was amazing, very spacious, outdoor is amazing and overall 10/10. The staff helped us with every request we had and was very helpful and friendly. Worth mentioning that the Villa is part of a resort/hotel and not a personal home.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

We had an unforgetable time at Villa Morfo. Charis and his parents are sooo lovely and the Villa is a wonderful holiday home. We enjoyed everything there. Charis parents were next to us and always very quite and welcomed us perfectly. We loved to fruits and the baking stuff they gave us and as we had a car problem, Charis dad helped us as soon as he know that there was a problem. The Villa Morfo was as we saw on the pictures. Lovely decorate and we felt like being home. This will not our last time at Villa Morfo. We want to thank Charis and his parents for an awesome time, for always being helpful and communicative and for our lovely time at Villa Morfo.

Natalie was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all questions we had. her English was great and we felt comfortable. even when we were unsure of weather, public transport she was able to answer us and make us feel comfortable. location is great if you have a car and there is free parking

Positiv: Besonders die gute Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters ist hervorzuheben. Bei Problemen wurden diese sofort zufriedenstellend gelöst. Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer und mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am schönen Coral Bay. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren genug vorhanden, Waschmaschine funktioniert gut. Küche hat genug Ausstattung um zu kochen und die Räume sind allesamt groß und angenehm. Klimaanlage funktioniert auch sehr gut. Ausreichend Platz und geräumige Schränke sind vorhanden. Negativ: der Kühlschrank konnte zeitweise etwas laut sein ( aber war dafür groß =positiv ) Ein kleiner Badschrank wäre schön. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte und schöne Unterkunft.

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

We loved our stay in Coral Bay! The area is perfect, if you want a relaxed typical beach holiday with a few good restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. The area is perfect for a trip to Paphos city or to Akamas national park with a 4x4. The apartment is located just a 5 min walk from Coral Bays main street where you find everything you need. Bus station, car rental, tourist information, supermarket and all the above. The beach is a 20 min walk and it is just perfect! One of the most beautiful ones if you like tourist beaches with bars, umbrellas etc. And not too crowded. Aleksandra was super fast in replying to our messages. We needed a few more things in the apartment and she helped us right away! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were super happy! The balcony was our favorite - beautiful! The only two critic points would be that the warm water does not always work in the evening and the bed is quite small for a tall person (1,90 m). I recommend!

Heerlijk appartement! Erg netjes en schoon..Lekker geslapen. Lidl om de hoek, strand op loopafstand. Venus Beach, echt een aanrader! Bus stopt voor de deur. Voor 6,50 euro kun je hele dag reizen met de bus. Vooraf zeer uitgebreide informatie ontvangen. Communicatie verliep soepel. Ik raad het appartement zeker aan.

Мы всегда путешествуем на Кипр оф-сизн и уже 2 года подряд останавливаемся в этом отелтчике, в уютном кондо. Шум волн, запах моря, прекрасный вид, тишина. Сам кондо просторный, удобные большие кровати, есть ванна, удобный шкаф и фен. Хост очень приятный в общении. спасибо за прекрасные дни отпуска!
