An excellent stay, everything was very clean and tidy. Evelyn and her family were very attentive, always taking care of everything, always with a bag of firewood and when we arrived the cabin was warm. A natural environment, the plot itself is beautiful, with a small stream that passes through the property, everything is beautiful, very good access by both roads both to go directly to the volcano, and to go to Pucón and Villarrica. Very quiet to rest at night, zero noise. An excellent opportunity to meet and enjoy, Evelyn's parents are sweet 🙌

Our stay at this cabin was simply spectacular. The cabin is spacious, perfect for resting in total comfort. The terrace allowed us to enjoy an unparalleled view of the volcano, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. The tranquility of the place, along with the green and well-kept environment, made the experience even more special. The hosts, Cecilia and Roberto, were incredibly friendly, caring and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we hope to return to.

It was spectacular, unfortunately we only stayed one night, but it's a place to come for several days, because the cabin is beautiful, the tub is comfortable and pleasant and very close to downtown Lincarray. Romina, a 7, was very accessible at all times, helped us a lot at all times and everything was very cozy. Thank you very much for everything.

The outdoor tub was perfect; enjoy a warm bath under a starry sky, surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside. It really is the perfect place for those looking for city amenities in a rural setting. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay, which makes it easy to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. In addition, its proximity to places of interest allowed us to explore the surroundings without problems. We liked it so much that we came back to repeat the stay.

An absolute luxury. Waking up to the volcano, imposing. Much larger than what you see in the photos, it seems to be next door. Felipe, a divine man. He responds immediately and is very flexible in everything. His parents who run the place, two sweethearts!!!!! Every day they left firewood for the fire, they were concerned about the storm, they gave recommendations, super respectful and available. I would come back a thousand times more. The wifi for work is excellent. I watched Boca matches live, had meetings, worked, and never had a problem. Lujo.

The place is just like the description. Very quiet, peaceful and easy access. House is very well designed and built. The hosts are very proactive and will be there before you know it. We had a natural but unexpected small issue with the hot water and it was immediately fixed. Hernan then gifted us with an extra free night. Very generous. Great people, great place! Definitely recommended.

Beautiful and pleasant experience, I meet all our expectations, Yubitza was very nice, attentive, friendly and cordial with us always, helped our needs. The cabin is very cozy and well equipped, we felt right at home, excellent location to be able to reach all the tourist places. We definitely recommend it and would come back, experience 10/10.

The cabin is very cozy, and it is impeccable. The garden is wonderful, it is very well kept, you feel at home. The kitchen/stove was easy to use, and the cabin heats up quickly. The bathroom is practical, modern shower, hot water. Modern refrigerator, impeccable, like new, good size. I absolutely recommend it.

The proximity of the hot springs is what led me to choose the cabin. The environment is very pleasant, it has Starlink satellite internet, which surprised me a lot. I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms, since the sheets were new. For me, it's a really important detail. The cabin is just as it appears in the photos.

Everything is very good, cozy cabin and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well located, it is located 5 minutes from the Huilo Huilo portals and less than 10 minutes from Puerto Fuy. It has good heating. Very friendly host.

A magical place to stay and enjoy nature and the landscapes of the reserve at its best. It's very quiet, beautiful, safe and there are many trails to explore. Marco was always attentive to all the questions we had and Viviana, who received us at the cabin, was also very attentive. I would come back a thousand times!
