Beachfront vacation rentals in Negombo

Had a great stay at Shiromi's apartment. Location was great. Would reccomend to anyone visiting Colombo.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and spotless. The view of Colombo city was breathtaking. The apartment looked exactly as the pictures. The front desk staff could be trained better when checking in. There’s no Microwave, kettle, hairdryer nor clothing iron which would have made our stay much more convenient. There were no complimentary water bottles which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a good stay.

Friendly and Responsive Host! I always received a responsive back quickly whenever I had an inquiry. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. Had a great and relaxed time at this wonderful clean apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the Apartment is safe with a gate and 24/7 security. Gym is wonderful with new equipment + very clean building. There are restaurants close by and Uber available :)

My stay in this studio flat was extremely good. In particular, you have the opportunity to swim in the pool above or directly in the sea. Breathtaking view of the sea, also the landlord is very friendly and is there for all questions. The apartment was also clean. Maybe you can wash the carpets sometime. So, it's different from person to person. In general, the apartment was clean. :) I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay at. We felt at hime immediately and after a montj, we left the place and the ground floor staff with heavy heart. We had a bit of problems to start with, but it was all sorted out soon and it was so comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The place itself was cozy, clean and comfortable . Kabindran was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

When we arrived at Janitha's villa , we were warmly greeted by his best friend , Jude , who looked after us throughout our stay , making sure we knew where places were & informing us of reasonable transport costs etc. The villa is located in a beautiful , quiet residential area where we were fortunate enough to observe many types of native wild life . Accessibility to the beach was approximately 10/15 minutes at a good walking pace but the nearest well stocked supermarket was approximately 30 minutes walk with empty bags , definitely tuk tuk on return journey with full bags ! The villa itself is as open & spacious as in the photos with mosquito nets provided in both bedrooms . Although we managed to prepare & serve a few meals in the kitchen , there could perhaps be additional utensils to make the job a little easier ( tin opener /few more sharp knives & maybe a chopping board & a sieve ). All in all , we were extremely impressed with the villa & the friendliness & helpfulness of Janitha's family & friends . We would have no hesitation in returning . Thankyou for a wonderful holiday . Susila's place is perfect for group and couples stay , I loved very much her delicious breakfast , this place is so comfortable for our group , place is situated near to town it may helps a lot for our work .beach also very near to the property it takes only 5 minutes to reach to the beach . Susila helps to our work also , finally Susila is a nice host and the place also very beautiful and stylish , highly recommended this place for those who likes to visit Negombo , thanks again Susila for your kind hospitality .

This stay in Negombo was amazing!The accommodation is in a great location, right on the seaside street, you can step on the soft sandy beach in a few minutes on foot. The room is large and tidy. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the refreshing and clean atmosphere, and there is no tiredness of traveling at all. The host's enthusiasm is even more welcoming!Be patient with check-in details since booking, and greeting at the door in advance, giving people a sense of kindness to come home in an instant.The most surprising thing is that it is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, there is no problem at all if you want to make your own light meals, the air conditioning has a great cooling effect, and it is cool and comfortable in hot weather.Highly recommend for every friend who comes to Negombo, you won't regret staying here!

We had a really nice 2 night stay at the villa. There are a lot of rooms, perfect swimmingspool and great view at the ocean. Daniel is a nice guy and communicate very quick. It’s a perfect place to start your journey in Sri Lanka after a long flight. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks with our two young daughters while we were looking for a long-term rental. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Everything worked well, which isn't always the case in Sri Lanka. Wendy and her friend were very quick to respond and effectively addressed our concerns and requests. The apartment is close to and an easy walk to everything, so you can't beat the location.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower... While the stay was wonderful, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was occasionally spotty... beach view was amazing... Roshan.. the manager.. he's helped us a lot while the stay and afterwards as well... all the best for the future to Cindy n team. 😁

We had a lovely stay at Raveen's place. The location is great, with many great restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and Browns Beach within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and my partner and I appreciated the gym in the apartment complex. Overall, We felt like we could relax and enjoy the space for our stay.

We had a great stay at Kantha’s apartment. Spacious and fully air conditioned with a view of the sea from the balcony with some gorgeous sunsets. The pool was very welcome and there was also a very well equipped gym. The host, Kantha, was super welcoming and super friendly and always quick to respond. He also gave us lots of tips on things to do. Highly recommended.

Everythings are fine. Needs a better blanket and some towels for swimming pool.
